This fully self-contained apartment suite includes:
- Two Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a Queen bed and Chest of Drawers. Additional Aerobed on request (charges may apply).
- Desk and Desk Chair.
- Living room: Beige leather sofa set.
- Kitchen/Diner: Equipped with all main essentials, including a stove, oven, blender, toaster, and premium basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). 4-seater dining table.
- Cooling: Modern window A/C units in the bedrooms together with fans in the living room cool the entire suite for your comfort.
- Porch & Garden: Relax on the shared covered porch with deck chairs, picnic tables, and a BBQ. The lush garden includes fruit trees and vibrant local flora.
ONGOING UPDATES: We are currently refurnishing Suite 3, so some items in the photos may be replaced or updated before your stay.
Access is by KEYPAD ENTRY. Once pre-check-in requirements are completed, the door code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 1-Night Stays: 1-Night stays incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in.
- Occupancy & Extra Beds: The standard rate covers 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including infants). For groups exceeding 4 guests, an additional fee applies, which includes the setup of the third bed. If your group is 4 or less but you would like to use/setup the extra bed, this can also be arranged (additional fee applies). Simply book your request via your Guest Portal.
- Same-Day Bookings: Check-in may be delayed past 4pm, or up to 3 hours after your booking if made after 4pm, depending on housekeeping.
- Monthly Stays: Starter amenities, biweekly housekeeping, and steep discounts available for stays of 28+ nights (contract required).
ENVIRONMENT & LOCAL CHARM

SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Stays 1–4 Nights: USD 350. This is placed as a pre-authorised hold on your payment card. It will be released within 7 days post-checkout.
- Stays 5+ Nights: USD 350. This is charged to your payment card. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days post-checkout.
- Monthly Stays (28+ Nights): USD 900. This is charged to your payment card. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-checkout.
ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM
You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets).🚪 Self Check-In: There is no on-site office or reception. The property is set up for self check-in via door code.

TERMS
Our detailed Terms will be sent to you upon confirming your booking. We always give a 1-hour grace period for cancelling your booking for free from our end should you wish to do so.
Breach of House Rules may result in fees, loss of security deposit, eviction and/or immediate cancellation without refund: *No loud music, events, or gatherings/parties. *Adhere to the listing's maximum occupancy limit. *No candles or open flames indoors or on the porches or patios. *Strictly no smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaping) indoors or on the porch or patios. *No illegal substances or activities on the premises. *Pets allowed only with prior approval and adherence to our pet policy. *No interfering with the external security camera system or WiFi equipment.
