East Okoboji Luxurious Lakefront Vacation Home - 5 Bedroom -Sleeps up 18+

Located in quiet Francis Sites neighborhood on East Okoboji. PERFECT for families with kids of all ages. Enough space for family reunions or just a family get away for the weekend. Beautiful 5 bed/ 3 1/2 bath with an additional room with 2 full bunk beds. We also added another bedroom on the main level for those that don't want to climb stairs. Sleeps 18+. Bedding is provided Large upscale kitchen equipped with all appliances, pots/pans, flatware/glassware and anything you would need should you choose to prepare meals. Gas grill also provided. The living room has large vaulted ceilings with picture windows for priceless views of the lake. Fireplaces on main floor and lower level. Full sized laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 large flat screen TVs, DVD players and WIFI. Outdoor fire pit overlooking the water. Large private dock, perfect for swimming, sunning and great fishing. Located just minutes away from famous Barefoot Bar/Parks Marina.

We will be providing 1 towel per guest. Please bring your own beach towel as we will no longer be providing. There is a washer/dryer in the home for your use should you need to wash your towels throughout your stay.

PLEASE note that most weekends from June-August are not available but we would be willing to rent Sun-Thursday or Mon-Friday. Please inquire about dates prior to requesting the reservations.
NOTICE - this is NOT a party house. Large families welcome- bachelorette/bachelor parties should look elsewhere to rent!!!

Brother/Sister trip

Every two years the 5 of us get together somewhere in the United States. We chose Okoboji this year. We always get a home large enough so we each have our own bedroom, and there is at least 3 bathrooms. We were generally satisfied with our stay. The kitchen chairs are all high stools/chairs and we are short people! There were a lot of steps, even to get to the front door, and we are aging people. Otherwise it was a beautiful, clean home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely Lakehouse

This was the perfect place to celebrate our mother's beginning and final rest. The accommadation allowed our whole family to stay together and very comfortable. The host was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was especially sentimental since we grew up just down the road. Thank you for sharing your home.

The house was just as described, enough beds and bedrooms for our group. It was right on the lake, so the fishing fans in our group loved it! The yard is small, so no room for yard games🙁.

Great Place to Stay!

Our original time we booked this property didnt workout due to a snow storm and Rebecca was amazing to let us reschedule for a later date. Once we did get to go we enjoyed out time there a lot. There was ample space for the us all to sleep and hang out together. The lake view was very pretty from the living room windows. I would recommend staying here for sure.

Annual extended family vacation

We had another wonderful stay in this lakefront home. The size and set up were very conducive to our group of 4 different families (with 7 kids of various ages ranging from 13 years to 6 month old). We enjoyed the ease of access to fishing off the dock, the grill on the patio, and the larger main floor kitchen as well as the second fridge/kitchen. We were close to amenities in town too. This property is amazing and we are already talking about when we will come back! A few things to note- we used bottled water and bought ice, as the fridge filtered water and ice were turned off; we could fit 4 SUVs/trucks max in the driveway; and we ran out of room in the trash bins so we had to take several bags of trash with us when we left.

Family Summer Getaway

This was the perfect spot to be close to shops and restaurants, but also have enough to stay busy at the house. We caught plenty of fish off the dock, brought paddle boards to get out on the lake and enjoyed hanging out around the fire at night. Parking was a little tough with more than 5 cars, we had multiple families coming from different areas, but Rebecca helped figure out options for us. It's hard to find a place that we can all comfortably stay together, and this house was a great size that we didn't have any problems spreading out or gathering together.

Our family had a great time visiting this lovely lake home. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms to choose from. Rebecca text us as soon as we arrived to see if we needed anything. We loved sitting in the back patios and enjoying the lake view. We hope to stay again.

Great Family Trip

A great location for our big family! We had a blast swimming off the dock, catching great views from the deck, and exploring the many levels of the home. We played games, took a trip to barefoot bar just around the corner, and shared meals together around the big kitchen. We all had plenty of space to do our own thing or to hang out together. Plus our kids each caught their first fish off the dock! Lots of fun to be had here.

Beautiful Home

Lovely home with ample room for the six adults and 9 grandchildren who stayed. Somewhat disappointed that we could not leave our small boat at the dock overnight. That was an inconvenience to us that we were not planning on. However, the home is huge and rooms are spacious - including the bedrooms! We loved staying here!

A great spot to relax while visiting with a decent size group. Comfortable furniture, fun decor, everything you want in a spacious kitchen, lovely view, quiet neighborhood. Okoboji Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed the property on East Lake Okoboji. The house was big enough to accommodate our whole family with plenty of beds and a large kitchen to feed us all. The outdoor space was great. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, swimming with Maui pad and roasting smores in the fire pit.
