About this property

Our three bedroom townhome in Sail Harbour is walking distance to Health Park Hospital. Our home backs onto a pond and a nature preserve.

The communit is gated with a 24/7 security guard.

Master bedroom has a wueen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk neds and sleeps 4 in that room. Laundry room located on second floor with bedrooms. Televisions lovated in master bedroom and in family room on main floor. Family room is an ipen concept with the kitchen and dinning area. Family room has 3 couches and a lazy board chair and lots of board games. Table seats 6 but then has teo leaves that extends the table to seat 10. Included is a barbecue, 3 bicycles,, fulled stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach chairs.

Five miles from Fort Myers beach, can walk, bicycle, drive or use the trolley.

Five miles other direction outlet malls, shopping and Bell Tower shopping centre, parks and a nature preserve.

Gated community with a beautiful pool. Parking available in garage and private driveway.

Lovely comfortable and convenient vacation home.

This home is in a quiet gated community in Fort Myers. It is equipped comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom suite which also has a large bathroom, and walk-in closet. There are couches and a leather lounge chair in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lanai and gas grill .The other two bedrooms are comfortably appointed with their own bathroom, and another 1/2 bath next to the kitchen. There is a two car garage with 3 bikes.. Separate Full laundry room. There is a pool in the complex. You can easily drive to groceries, restaurants, shopping, Fort Myers or Sanibel Captiva beaches .

We have 5 children and live in Canada.

Why they chose this property

We orginially stayed with family that own in Sail Harbour and fell in love with the community. During the end of our stay we bought a property and have been coning numerous times a year ever since.

What makes this property unique

My family and I ride bicycles to the beach (5 miles away). We love the neighbours which are a mix of Canadian and American. The neighbourhood is 50% permanent residents and 50% vacationers.
In the sunmer there is a large number of Europeans particularly German and Swedish families that rent in the community.
Lakes Parks has a weekly farmers market that we visit every wednesday ( by bicycle or car).
The pool is always is great condition and everyone is so friendly.
I will never own anywhere else
