Kitchen complete with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezeer & all kitchen utensils. Utility has washing machine & dryer. Very large salon with L shaped sofa plus another 3 seater. TV. Dining table seats 6. Salon faces the sea & leads out to the very large terrace overlooking the private pool, landscape garden & the sea. 50 metres from the beach. Master bedroom leads on to the terrace. Behind the apartment is an 18 hole championship golf course Marina Golf. Garrucha village is 15 minutes walk. Mojacar Playa village is 10 minutes drive.
