Location, location, location! You can walk to all the main attractions and activities in beautiful Lake Geneva. Enjoy the beach, lakefront activities such as jet skiing, boat rides or a walk down one of the beautiful paths with incredible views for more than 20 miles. You can also walk to the museum, restaurants, bars, and specialty shops.
Center Street Loft features two bedrooms with queen size beds on the second floor along with a tv room which has a double size futon. The first floor is all open space with living room (queen size sleeper sofa), dining area and a spacious modern kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and a blender. Each floor has it's own bathroom with shower. We supply bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths during your stay. From the main living room on the first floor you can access the enclosed front patio. If you like to people watch this is the best spot to do so. Search no further and reserve your stay at Center Street Loft!

Charming home great location
We wanted a place close to Alpine Valley for skiing but in Lake Geneva so we could walk to restaurants. Location is excellent. House is clean, charming, beautifully decorated, comfortable. Took a star off only due to the fact that two 1st floor exterior doors need some insulation love so downstairs is a bit drafty and colder than upstairs. Plus HVAC is on first floor so a bit noisy. Yolanda says both will be addressed shortly and I believe her - excellent host and attention to detail in the house.

Wonderful Wisconsin Getaway
The location was great, so close to downtown Lake Geneva and beautiful Geneva Lake. My host was an amazing communicator and made safety accommodations for my young grandchildren. This was the first VRBO stay where I actually met the host. I really appreciated her personal touch and assistance. The loft itself is pretty well equipped and very welcoming. My family was also impressed.

The perfect location for bachelorette party
The house was way bigger in person than the pictures make it seem like and fit all 8 of us no problem! It close to downtown and we were able to walk everywhere! The host was there waiting for us when we got there to show us around and she truly made us feel so welcome! Bonus that it’s next door to the house where Dungeons and Dragons was created!

Annual Girl's Weekend
Location was fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted within a few minutes. Yolanda was great to work with and the house had everything we needed for 5 women. We were each able to have our own sleeping space. The house was very clean and Yolanda even provided extra towels and sheets for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you find yourself in Lake Geneva.

The property was perfect for 4 gentleman on a golf trip. The house and rooms were very clean, each of us had a bed, the front patio was great for hanging out, and the location was walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Parking was also easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location!
The house was so close to downtown Lake Geneva. The convenience alone was well worth it. The layout was very fun for our two families of four that stayed. And, as an added bonus, this house is directly next to the birthplace of D&D on Center St. Lake Geneva has so much to offer. We really enjoyed the Museum and restaurants around town. Our stay was amazing all around!

Spent thanksgiving there with family. The place is very clean and had all we needed for 4 adults and 3 children. Owners were very nice and they were flexible on our checkout time which made our trip more fun to go shopping before we checked out.

We loved our stay at the center street vrbo. It was the perfect amount of space for 3 couples. It came with everything we needed in the bathrooms & kitchen. It was nice having 2 parking spots & we really enjoyed the patio area. It was a great location! We we’re able to walk to everything! We would stay again!

Better than expected. The home is super clean and laid out very well. The upper and lower level TV lounges were awesome. Yolanda was the best host, very accommodating and a good source of info. on the local fare. We would like to stay here again.

Great Downtown Location
Yolanda and Alex’s downtown loft was the perfect location to park your car and forget about it. Everything in the downtown area including the beach is within walking distance. The house was perfect for us and our daughter’s family to stay and relax. Nice big bathrooms and walk in showers. Very clean and well kept. The front patio is great to relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Hope to come back again in the future.

Is six stars an option?
Two friends and I were in Lake Geneva for several days, and this house was perfect for our needs. It is SO clean and so nicely appointed! The living area is comfortable and spacious; the kitchen has great counterspace and plenty of dishes and cookware; the bathrooms are updated and have lots of towels; the beds and linens were comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets if more were needed. The location is within easy walking distance to town, and we loved sitting on the little front patio Yolanda and her husband could not have been nicer, as she helped us arrange a last-minute booking, while he drove more than an hour to greet us and show us the property. They also had great recommendations for places to eat. Simply put, we were so fortunate to have found this property, as it was a great home-base for our vacation. Skip the crowded, over-priced resorts. This is a gem!

absolutely perfect!
I stayed in the loft a few weekend ago for a bachelorette party and it was beyond perfect! Yolanda and Alex are so great. They responded quickly and were always available for questions. I would rent from them again anytime, A+ customer service. The loft itself is even nicer than what you see in the pictures. Everything is updated and the layout is great. We had 8 girls and this was perfect for us. The outdoor front porch was amazing as well since we had great weather. The place was very clean and it is clear they take great care of it. Sheets, towels and everything were clean and in great condition. The showers are awesome and both bathrooms are big, which helped us out with 8 girls getting ready at the same time! There were also outlets in the living area right under the mirror, so that was also very helpful to our group! The location is PERFECT. It is a super quick walk to downtown (less than 5 minutes) and all the cute shops. We walked everywhere and there was no need for a car to access downtown lake geneva. They also gave us a few parking passes as well for a lot right across the street which was awesome, but even for those who didn't have passes - parking was not an issue at all. I would recommend this for anyone! It is perfect for a bachelorette party/girls weekend/ guys weekend or families. Thank you Yolanda and Alex, we will definitely be staying here again!

Incredible Stay
A beautiful and memorable property. Lake Geneva is simply wonderful to visit. However, the highlight of the trip was our amazing hosts. Communications were perfect and my group could not have had a better time. Highly recommended!!!
