Awesome work weekend
Karinas place was cozy and well outfitted for a couple traveling from the east coast for work. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was fantastic and the deck and amenities were a welcome respite after a long day working. Will definitely stay again:)

This is a great condo! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you need! We enjoyed walking to the nearby grocery store and grilling poolside. Karina was easy to work with! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was excellent in all ways! It was elegant, comfortable, clean, well stocked, in a very nice area, quiet, and, most of all, within a mile from my daughter and her family! Being there for Thanksgiving, location was great! Karina was delightful! While a new washer & dryer were being installed the day we arrived, i had the pleasure of spending time talking to Karina, and she is so nice. Our stay was excellent! Lord willing, we will return to her condo!!

The property was perfect for us. Karina had thought of everything and the property was well supplied. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was lovely. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and the complex was mellow and quiet (the way I like it). Whenever we return to the Scottsdale area, we hope the apartment is available. I have stayed at multiple apartments at the signature and this was the nicest one. Great location, so close to the pool. It was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you would need. Cant wait to go back and stay here. Homeowner le me add a couple extra days which gave us more time to enjoy the weather.

We had an extremely enjoyable stay at this condo (for the month of February, 2018). The apartment is comfortable and tastefully furnished. It is provided with every high-end appliance and utensil a chef could ever want. Karina assured me I would not need to bring my own favorite kitchen tools and pots, as I always do on vacation rentals, and she was so right. Karina was the ideal host: always available and responsive. Fully deserving of those five stars.

Great One Bedroom Unit
We spent February and March of 2017 in this well-appointed, second floor unit. It was our second stay in Signature Condos because we love the amenities and the easy access to shopping, our favourite activities, and great attractions. Karina is a most gracious and helpful owner. She made us feel welcome with a collection of treats upon arrival. It was easy to arrange our rental with her. She has promptly returned our security deposit. The unit is ideal for one or two people who like cozy accommodations. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony has excellent seating for happy hour relaxing as the sun goes down, or for morning coffee.

A home away at home
This unit exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect location for us- walking distance to many amenities golf courses, grocery store, boutiques and restaurants. The condo was very very good, super clean and well-decorated, kitchen was very well-equiped with everything you need. Communicating with owner was a pleasure as she was prompt with replies and helpful with suggestions. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars for this beautiful condo in great setting!
I was lucky enough to stay at this upper story one bedroom condo in November for two weeks. This vacation rental is even nicer than the photos which was a nice surprise. Beautifully decorated, the owner has thought of every amenity. The furnishings and appliances were top notch and the layout is perfect. Definitely heads above other units online. The condo is quiet, has a very pleasant view and a perfect sheltered patio to sit outside and enjoy Scottsdale's weather. Nice and convenient to the pool and the exercise room, I don't think the unit could be in a better spot. The owner was great to deal with and I will book this unit again next year. The location is a bonus, only a short walk to great shops and restaurants.

Superb Luxury One Bedroom Scottsdale
Perfect vacation! This one bedroom condo located in an upscale Scottsdale condo complex. The unit is beautifully maintained and decorated. All the furnishings and appliances are first rate and everything we wanted was provided for an enjoyable stay.. I wish we could have stayed longer, our three week vacation went by so fast with all there was to do and see in Scottsdale, but the best part of all was the condo. Super location, great pool, nice setting and the owner was very helpful. We look forward to staying again.

Wish I was still there
Had a wonderful vacation at Karina's condo. Everything was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to all amenities yet quiet and peaceful in the complex. The pool and spa area is very conveniently located and well maintained. I have stayed in several other vacation rentals over the years and this is one of my favourites.

I have lived in Scottsdale for the past 12 years and there is no other place I want to be.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of this property. You can get up in the morning and walk to Starbucks. In the same shopping center is my hair salon, next to it European Waxing Center, and just two doors down my nail salon. Then I can go to AJ's for all my grocery shoppig or stop at Chipotle for lunch. Safeway across the street is my favorite Safeway, it's very nice inside and offers a variety of organic foods plus a great wine selection.

What makes this property unique

This second floor unit is just steps away from the clubhouse and pool area. The balcony is private and overlooks the greenbelt area. A really nice place to spend the end of the afternoon.
