This studio, fully renovated in July 2015, is located in the center of Paris, between Odeon and Jardin du Luxembourg. Renovated April 2021.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, no lift. Small (11 m2) with two windows overviewing a quiet courtyard.

Stairs: large and confortable but walls need to be renovated...

Perfect apartment!

My teenage son and I had a fabulous stay at Marie's apartment, newly renovated, and a 8 min walk to Notre Dame cathedral. It is small, but perfect for 2, with new, very comfortable bed and just the right amount of space. The kitchen was great with all that you could need. We walked everywhere, wonderful neighborhood, and a 5 min walk from the Monoprix grocery store. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, cafes all around. Marie is lovely as well, and very helpful.

Charming little apartment with ideal location

We loved our stay at Marie's apartment! We ended up not even using the Metro all week since it really is in the center of things and Paris is such a fine city for walking. Though the apartment is small, it is quiet, clean, and has everything we needed. Marie was wonderful and helpful.

Muy bien todo; en pleno centro además.

El estudio tiene todo lo necesario; está muy limpio y las fotos se corresponden perfectamente. La propietaria es muy amable y servicial. Además, se encuentra en pleno centro y se puede ir andando a muchos lugares de interés de la ciudad. Hay muy cerca tiendas, restaurantes, creperías, etc. Lo recomiendo.

ESTANCIA PERFECTA

La estancia fue perfecta. El apartamento estaba completamente nuevo. Es pequeño pero suficiente para pasar unos días , con todo lo necesario, cómodo y todos los detalles. La llegada nos dejó un poco preocupados por el aspecto de la entrada, pero una vez en el alojamiento todo era perfecto. Barrio tranquilo y muy céntrico. Si tengo que volver a París, será mi primera opción.

apartamento ideal

Fuimos una semana mi novio y yo y estuvimos encantados. El apartamento es pequeño pero eso no importa ya que si vas de vacaciones a París no es para estar en el apartamento. Tanto muebles como aparatos electrónicos están nuevos y el apartamento estaba completamente limpio. Además el apartamento tiene calefacción que agradecimos mucho ya que los últimos días hizo frío en París. El sofá cama era muy cómodo, la cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios, aunque tampoco la usamos mucho, y el baño también estaba bien. Un pequeño detalle que agradecí mucho es que hubiera secador de pelo ya que en la maleta siempre ocupa mucho sitio y si puedes no llevarlo, mejor. Sin duda, es el apartamento ideal para una pareja. Además la dueña del apartamento fue muy amable y atenta. Llegamos y nos dio las indicaciones del apartamento, además tiene preparados libros y guias de París, un detalle. Respecto a la ubicación del apartamento es perfecta. En el centro de París a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de metro Odeon y a 10 minutos andando de Notre Dame! Sin duda si volvemos a París, volveremos al mismo apartamento, estamos muy contentos. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
