The house is situated in a family orientated leafy Manning Park Precinct. The street is quiet so we ask that you respect our amazing neighbours restricting noise from 7PM WEEKDAYS and from 10PM WEEKENDS
WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
Disregard for this rule will result in eviction without a refund.
