Beautiful rustic house (1 year of construction!), near the beach (approx 50 meters) and all amenities
(markets, commerce etc) needed for a quiet stay.
House is located in the center of Porto Belo at 400m from the central pier where the tours leave for the Island of Porto Belo.
Accommodation for 12 people in beds, plus 3 mattresses on the floor.
5 bedrooms (2 suites) :: 5 double beds box, two single beds :: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 with ceiling fan :: 2 parking spaces not covered :: 3 bathrooms in total
Lavender Area :: Kitchen with a beautiful countertop in conjunction with living room, grill and table, perfect for family reunions ::
Washing machine and microwave.
INTERNET WI-FI Omega Fiber 70mega.
INCLUDED IN THE RENT: 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, pillows, grill and BBQ skewers.
KEYS: delivery and receipt always done personally by me.
HIGH SEASON (Christmas, New Year, January, February and Carnival):
CHECK-IN: after 3pm, until 8pm
CHECK-OUT: until 10hs
