Welcome to Unit 103, an exceptional first-floor condominium that offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen features fully equipped amenities, including granite counters, a Wolf dual-fuel range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher.

Step into the spacious living room, adorned with walnut hardwood flooring and designer furnishings. Cozy up by the limestone-surrounded gas fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the 55" flat-screen TV. The living area provides comfortable seating, including American Leather sleep sofas that are industry-rated for the highest comfort level, featuring a memory foam mattress and no metal frame.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom designed with accessibility in mind. It features a double sink, a stone top vanity, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The adjacent secondary bathroom includes a stone top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.

Unit 103 ensures a comfortable stay with central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, a full-size washer and dryer, premium linens, towels, as well as personal soap and shampoo. Daily maid service guarantees a pristine living environment throughout your stay.

The location is fantastic - close to Ceckpoint Charley in the Village. The condo was very nice.

Overall, everything was great. The master BR is very large, but the second BR was small and did not have room for the large suitcases that two 20 something girls brought with them. The TV in the living room did not work properly the entire time and it was difficult to figure out (not user friendly at all). The maintenance person did come and fixed it one day, but then it didn’t work again and unfortunately we were trying to watch the Olympics - so that was a negative. Overall Rating A-
