Welcome to Unit 201, a luxurious second-floor condominium boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This luxury-rated unit offers an outdoor terrace that faces the beautiful Willow Park. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, a Wolf dual-fuel range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher.
Step into the spacious living room featuring walnut hardwood flooring and designer furnishings. Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the limestone-surrounded gas fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the 55" flat-screen TV. The living area provides comfortable seating with American Leather sleep sofas, known for their industry-leading comfort level. These sofas are equipped with a memory foam mattress and have no metal frame.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a double sink, a stone top vanity, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The adjacent secondary bathroom features a stone top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.
Unit 201 provides central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, a full-size washer and dryer, premium linens, towels, as well as personal soap and shampoo. Your comfort and convenience are paramount, and daily maid service ensures a pristine living environment throughout your stay.
