With a King bed in the master and two double beds in the second bedroom, the condo comfortably sleeps six. There is a cozy living room with a gas fireplace situated between the two bedrooms. With modern appliances, cookware, dishware, and utensils, you will have all you need to cook in. Dedicated Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. Complimentary underground parking for one vehicle is included with your stay. Experience the full benefits of our local management including daily housekeeping, concierge service, including assistance with restaurant reservations, ground transportation, and access to the awesome hot tub at The Willows. Enjoy the unbeatable proximity to the center of Vail Village. Please note that Riva Ridge South building and units do not have air conditioning. All parking spaces are assigned, please ONLY park in your assigned space and display a valid parking permit. TOV STR license #012038.

**We would like to inform you that Riva Ridge will be undergoing a renovation of the front entrance to the building. This renovation is scheduled to start on September 3rd and is expected to be completed by mid-November. During this time, the main entrance will be inaccessible. However, we have arranged alternate access to the building to ensure your stays remains comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the hot tub, which is located at The Willows will be undergoing an enhancement starting September 16, 2024 and will be closed for approximately 6 weeks.**

Really great comfortable property. About as close as you can get to Vail Village shops without being above them. Wonderful maid service and restock every day. Well appointed for cooking and family dinners. Even used the complimentary gym passes. Will return.

Great location
This property was exactly what we were wanting for our summer trip in Vail. Underground parking was available but since the property is conveniently located right in Vail Village we rarely had to drive anywhere. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or request we had during our stay. Room layout was great for traveling with younger children. We did hear trucks heading into Vail Village near our place every morning, but we are early risers so this was not an issue for us. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Village vacation
This is a very nice place to stay and very convenient to the village shopping . The only disadvantage for this unit is the early morning noise from street - trash trucks and delivery drivers.
