Sun Kissed Villa is a luxurious and elegantly decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach condo. Nestled at the highest point in Columbus Heights, Ocho Rios, over looking the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and the town, her views from every room are breath taking. Centrally located near the town with easy access to restaurants, night life, groceries, pharmacies and duty free shopping.
Attractions in close proximity are Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin's Cove, MargaritaVille, Tracks and Records, Mystic Mountain, Island Village duty free shopping with beach access, The Board Walk, Ocho Rios Jerk Centre, glass bottom boat rides, some of the island's best local dining, craft market, local beaches and rivers.

If you are not driving from the airport, we recommend you take JUTA Tours or the Knutsford Express, which both have a desks at the airport. If you are taking the Knutsford Express, Columbus Heights located across the street from the bus stop, where you can walk to the property or take a local taxi for a small fee. If you are travelling with Juta Tours, they will take you exactly to our condo.
Guests will have access on property to a fully furnished kitchen, WiFi, cable T.V., phase 5 private pool and lush manicured gardens on over 5 acres of property.
