A pleasant & convenient stay

So close to the beach. Swimming pool clean & accessable. No loud rowdy parties. Close to restaurants, & grocery shopping. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience!

The property was beautiful and William was a great host! The apartment is on the smaller size but included a large sofa bed that was perfect for our group of 3. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location accurate description

William was a great host - very responsive to questions before and during my stay. He also called to check in to make sure everything was going well. Great location with many restaurants, short rides to San Juan and La Placita. Beach is literally out the back door. Small place for one or two people comfortably. Would definitely recommend. Secure building was a plus as I traveled solo to meet with friends staying nearby.

Perfect location and host

I truly recommend this place. The apartment is right on the beach and very close to San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. The restaurant selection in the area is very good and varied. The beach is beautiful. The pool was also great, great size and warm water. We enjoyed our stay very much. A perfect place for our family of 3. The host is also very responsive and helpful.

Where can I begin with how amazing of a spot and host, this place is. I would recommend to any one or stay myself when I visit again. The location is great, the place was super clean and inviting. The house keeper does an amazing job. My host responded when needed and was more than accommodating. The property staff were super helpful and friendly. Just an amazing vacation place and I didn’t realize how much r&r I actually needed until the tranquility of the place and views from it set in.

GREAT STAY IN ISLA VERDE

This large studio is located in Isla Verde, and is within a short walking distance of restaurants (both fine dining and fast food), a CVS pharmacy, and a supermarket (Pueblo). It's a quick trip to Old San Juan or the malls. I particularly recommend The Mall of San Juan, a small but very elegant upscale mall located about a 10-minute Uber ride from the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with a side view of the ocean, and the beach is just out the back door. The check-in process was super-easy. I particularly appreciated that the owner let me store my bags after checkout, since I had a 6:00 p.m. flight going home. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you, William!

A short respite after a busy stay on Vieques.

The property proved to be exactly what we'd hoped for. We could sleep to the sound of the ocean, see it from our balcony, was close to many restaurants within walking distance (we did not rent a car) and we could walk along the beach first thing in mornings! The unit was well equipped including coffee and filters, an umbrella, great beach chairs and towels and very clean and tidy. Our host was a dream; patient with our endless questions, kind and funny!

My 40th bday in Puerto Rico

William has been nothing but wonderful on accommodating my husband and I. With all the extra’s in the room like coffee,sugar,toiletries or was nice to not have to go out and buy everything. With Hurricane Fiona passing buy he was very accommodating and checked on us several times. Definitely recommend staying here, beach was perfect and restaurants all within walking distance.

Born in the island and currently living in NY, I travel so much to PR that I decided to buy a place. I absolutely recommend coming to visit if you haven't. I'm available to answer any questions you may have at any time.

Why they chose this property

Very comfortable and a newly renovated apartment, everything in the apartment is new. Perfect for business trips, and romantic couples getaways. . The best part is truly the location. This Building is honestly the best situated building in Islaverde. It's located right next to the Royal Sonesta (formerly intercontinental hotel) and 2 minutes form the San Juan Hotel. No need to drive if you are going to enjoy the nightlife those two hotels offer. Private access to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. If you decide to rent a car, the apartment comes with a designated parking spot for your convenience. After staying in this building you would not want to stay at another building in the area. It happened to me.

What makes this property unique

Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 24 hour Security, Beach Access, Uber will arrive within 3 minutes, cabs are available, Public transportation stops in front of the building. 10-15 cab ride from The Condado area, La Placita, Old San Juan, plaza las Americas Mall. Just steps from Restaurants like Entrevinos, Metropol, Ceviche house. Breakfast at Mi Casita, Bistro, Market place and a most go for drinks, lunch and dinner right at the beach is El Alambique. (must go). All within steps from the building (except for Ceviche house) about a quarter of a mile west. Perfect location. Best located building in the area.
