The Delray Beach is a brand new property just launched steps from Atlantic Ave and a short walk to the beach in the heart of downtown Delray. 2 bedroom, 1 bath and feature brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer. Living room has 50 inch smart HDTV with Netflix. New bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms have a total of 2 beds, one king and one queen.

Outdoor area features new heated pool , outdoor dining set, outdoor sectional sofa and Weber barbecue grill shared among the 4 units. Each unit has a small private patio accessible from the bedrooms.

Property has four adjacent apartments that share the pool and is fully gated. For guest's safety, security cameras are installed at outside of property only. No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on inside or outside of property.

Excellent space close to The Ave

Clean, well kept 2 BR unit with plenty of closet space. All appliances worked well, cookware available.Used the saline pool. Very clean comfortable

If you want to experience the vibrant downtown of Delray Beach, this is the place to stay. Located just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue it can’t be beat. Ann is an extremely caring and gracious host. She takes the time to meet you at the property to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of!!!!

I was in town for a week due to a sudden passing in my family. I was in the worst place mentally and this place just made me feel so comfortable and peaceful. Forever a special place to me. Quick steps to all the shops and restaurants. Convenient location with perfect accommodations!

Delray Beach week

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The unit was comfortable with plenty of space. The location was secluded and quiet, but within walking distance to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants and bars in Delray Beach and a short drive to the beach. The kitchen and unit were very well-equipped with everything you'd need, and there was an ample supply of beach chairs and beach towels in excellent condition. Ann was very responsive when minor issues arose.

Great option in Delray Beach

The space and location were perfect. Loved the pet friendly fenced in area for humans and pets. Ann was always available if questions and highly accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Midwest Winter Getaway

This was the perfect location and space for our family of four. We took advantage of the restaurants on Atlantic most nights but cooked when we wanted a homemade meal. We packed sandwiches and drove to the beach each day to feel the sunshine and liked to park at Sandoway, we always found a spot. The condo was a great space for our family to escape the Midwest winter and make memories together.

Perfect location with a pool!

Ann was responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and it’s the perfect spot for walking to town and the beach!! Just be ready to have your own shampoo and conditioner. The fridge is also void of condiments.

Winter Escape

During initial inquiry, Ann is very prompt on sending and responding to messages. The checkin is quick and easy, that includes a message with the address, directions and suggestions of things to do in Delray. Upon arrival Ann greets you and offers you a tour of the apartment, the door code and WI-FI information. While we did not bring our pet, this apartment is pet friendly. Its location is wonderful near Atlantic Ave. and all the various cuisines that Delray offers ie., American, Italian, Greek, French, Mexican, and Asian. We went to the beach every day which is a lovely walk from the apartment but public parking is available nearby for a fee. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas that Ann offers to her guests. The apartment is very well stocked. There are plenty of kitchen supplies… plates, cook ware, utensils. Also, it comes with linens and towels. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed playing card and board games by the pool and in the living room. The Town Square offered a spectacular free concert Friday evening and an amazing Farmers Market on Saturday! Overall, we loved our relaxing weeklong stay and look forward to visiting again soon! Great week in Delray!

We just left and we had such a great stay at the Delray Beach House. Communication with host was great and Anne was available if we needed anything. Beautiful and quiet spot close to the best restaurants where we dined each night. Kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back!

Overall highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Delray area. Nicely decorated and perfect size for a family of 3-4 - pool was a great size and very clean The property had all the amenities needed for a great vacation !! Delray Beach

The condo was very nicely renovated by the owner Ann. It is a four unit condo with a very nice pool area which we really enjoyed. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen condiments and bath supplies. Beach umbrellas, beach towels and chairs where supplied. It was a pretty long walk to beach so we drove. Great place to dine and shop, but very good Idea to have dinner reservations. Ann was always available to reach if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Anne & Joe

Wonderful!

A brief stay, anxious to return and stay a few more days. The property mirrors the pictures, small ,comfortable , well appointed , great sensibility with decor and NEW! Ann was very accommodating and enjoyed interaction. Great walking ,close to the Atlantic and Pineapple Grove vibe and easy walk to the beach. Hope to see you again in ‘22.

Great spot!

The space was exactly as pictured - updated, quaint and very clean. The property owners were accommodating and very responsive. With the shared pool and short distance to town, the Delray Beach House was perfect for my family of 4, with two young children. We will definitely be back!

Great Property in Delray Beach

This location has everything you could ask for to stay in Delray Beach. Clean and modern with a pool. Great communication with host. Two blocks from Atlantic Avenue and about 1 mile to the beach. Absolutely worth it.
