Fabulous cabin with extraordinary view 7NC/VA counties

Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2 bath log cabin overlooking panoramic view from 60 ft deck facing popular Pilot Mountain and 7 counties. Share tranquil moments with friends and family! Open great room with stone fireplace and dining area to well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Large romantic master bedroom with cozy fireplace, king bed, oversized Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a king bed and third bedroom upstairs, a queen bed. Full unfinished basement (not heated or cooled) with w/d and additional queen bed. Additional TV in master bedroom. Since there is only one receiver, it will play the same channel as the great room but there is still the option of the TV accessibility from 2 locations.)

Enjoy a fun trip to Mayberry in Mount Airy and visit the Andy Griffith museum or venture out one sunny afternoon to the Chateau Morrisette Winery. Many other wineries within 30 minutes. Also, conveniently located to Hillsville Flea Market and Galax Fiddlers Convention. Blue Ridge Parkway within 1 mile, 3.5 miles to Hwy 52 and 5.5 miles to Hwy 77. Hiking, fishing, tubing, and kayaking nearby for added attractions.
Autumn leaves festival and Mayberry day in Mt Airy are also fun times to share.

Lovely stay with beautiful views
This was a quick last minute mother daughter get away. The location and views from this cabin were incredible! Easy to find and the property manager / owner was very responsive when I reached out with questions. Thank you again for lovely stay as we did enjoy.

Great Cabin with Spectacular Views
Cabin was very clean and well appointed. The view was fantastic. We used the cabin as a home base for trips to Mt Airy, Hillsville, Wytheville .. very much enjoyed the Log Cabin Restaurant in Wytheville. Would definitely return! Thanks for the hospitality, Lynette!

Really, really nice!
This was an awesome mini vacation! The house is gorgeous and the way it is decorated it so cool! And the view is to die for! The owner is easy to communicate with and was very understanding when I had trouble figuring some things out. I would totally recommend this property.

One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in.
Clean, well appointed, comfortable, and WOW what a view! This cabin has it all, and its very close to Mount Airy. We definitely want to come back again.

Views for miles!
This place was a lovely cabin with long-range views for miles. We visited over The July 4th holiday and were treated to fireworks as far as the eye could see. We spent lots of time on the porch, but we were glad we brought our box fan for a little extra breeze in the heat. The cabin had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. The only inaccuracy in the listing is where it shows up on the VRBO Map. The pin drop is on Old Hollow Trail - a completely different road and neighborhood than the cabin’s actual location on Balenmoor Ridge Ln. We picked the cabin because we thought it was in a neighborhood with a community pool, but this worked out just fine in the end.

The property was exactly how it was described. We had the most beautiful view from the porch, which we loved. We were able to experience the northern lights from the house, which was an unexpected surprise!

Peaceful, lovely cabin in wonderful, friendly Fancy Gap, VA.
The property was just as described but more beautiful!! The view, of course, was spectacular everyday!!! The property was well manicured and was mowed, edged and even our car was blown off from leaves and debris, very nice lawn care people. The property was also very clean, and the access to the cabin was all paved roads!! Just go slow up and down the mountain, if you are not used to it you soon will be!!! It was so fun at this cabin!!!! The cabin was spotless, everything worked like a 5 star lodge: kitchen had everything, shower was awesome, heater (it was cool in the 40's) worked so nice, TV was great and the cabin was so spacious.The deck, which was bigger than expected, was an amazing surprise. Nice furniture through out the cabin and outside to. We give this place a 6 star review.

Fabulous place and location. Views were incredible. Only thing I would improve is if the cleaning company could do a deep dusting of the whole house. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was a really nice cabin with fantastic vuews
It has everything but for 4 nights stay we only had 1 trash bags. We cooked our dinners coz we brought a lot of food coz we all love to cook but frying pan were sticking. Non-stick frying pans will be appreciated for next guests that loves to cook. Overall, we loved our stay, such a beautiful cabin. We highly recommend it!

Why they chose this property

Well kept, nicely decorated with great open floor plan. Extensive landscaping that frames the beautiful cabin. Unfinished full basement that offers one additional queen bed. (no heat or a/c but cool in the warmer months.) Third bath is in the basement area.

There is easy access to the property that will not require a 4 wheel drive and only 2 steps to the entrance. Internet, Starlink, is provided. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens are provided.
