Tucked away on a serene street, it's just a short stroll from the soft white sands and sparkling turquoise waters of Port Phillip Bay.

Ideally situated, this seaside treasure boasts three excellent living areas and a spacious, well-equipped open-plan kitchen. With plenty of room to accommodate the entire family and guests, the home includes a formal front lounge, a large family room for the kids to enjoy, and a generous central meals area that extends to an alfresco patio—an ideal setting for laid-back summer barbecues. The property ensures year-round comfort with ducted heating and evaporative cooling.

The accommodation features a generous master bedroom at the entrance, complete with a modern ensuite and a large walk-in robe, plus three additional well-sized bedrooms, each with built-in robes. These bedrooms are served by a full, contemporary bathroom with a separate WC.

Located just moments from the foreshores of Rye and Rosebud, the Mornington Peninsula Bay Trail, shopping areas, and a variety of attractions such as Arthurs Seat, the Peninsula Hot Springs, and renowned wineries and golf courses, this seaside home is a true beach house—ideal for a memorable holiday getaway with family and friends.

Loved it!
Super clean house, walking distance to the beach and enough room for kids to run around. Not our first time at this property. Been there a few times now, we always have a great time, house is super comfortable and feels like a home not a house.

Great for family stays
Stayed with 6 adults and 3 kids. We had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Good location, quiet neighborhood. Well equipped (but no wifi) and plenty of space for the kids inside and out.

Great location
The house was clean and a perfect size for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Location was great too. The only negative was the master bedroom and perhaps to consider blockout blinds, as sleeping in was not an option due to the amount of sunlight flooding in the room which was blinding.
