This newly renovated home has 2,082 square feet of living area plus a 2 car garage. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 3 children. There is one bedroom on the main level and three more rooms upstairs. Fire up the BBQ grill and open up the doors of the sun room to enjoy a relaxing evening. This home is so comfortable and spacious. We were able to enjoy time with our grandchildren while we were all in town for a family wedding. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Cozy home away from home

We’re a big family who flew in from Orange County, CA to visit family. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, the availability of all the amenities, the quick response of property management for all our questions. Checking in and out was so easy. The property looks better in person. Best of all, the beds were all so comfortable. We all slept well. Thank you and we hope to rent this property again when we come visit.

Perfect place to stay with a group!

The house is in a wonderful location, and there is plenty of room! Everything was super clean and the inside is beautiful. After a week's stay with 8 people, I couldn't suggest this place more!

Great visit for Mo St Family weekend

We (4 couples) stayed in this home while visiting our kids for Family weekend at Mo St. It was in a great location and had plenty of space. We did not spend much time at the house, but it was perfect for what we needed. One thing to point out though is that we did think there were 2 twin bunk beds and a single twin in one of the rooms but it was only one bunk bed. That was just our incorrect interpretation of the description though.

MSU Graduation Family Gathering

If you book this property you won’t be disappointed!! Booking this property for our big family to gather for our daughter’s fall college graduation was a breeze! Debbie was super responsive, friendly & easygoing. The property was nestled in a quiet, inviting & safe neighborhood, conveniently located near everything! The home was surprisingly bigger than the pictures show. The floor plan was perfect for a large family gathering! The kitchen setup made mealtimes so convenient & enjoyable! The 3 season porch was perfect for conversation & games. Our younger kids enjoyed the backyard swing & privacy to run around & play safely.The family room was cozy & we enjoyed the music & ambience on the tv in the background, while playing a mystery game late into the night. The first floor bedroom & bathroom were perfect for our elderly parents & they were very comfortable our entire stay! All the bedrooms were spacious & clean. Debbie took particular care to make sure the beds were exceptionally comfortable & so cozy you never wanted to leave! The home was very clean & we were so happy to have a large clean garage to park in! If you book this property, be sure to make time to take the 2 bicycles in the garage for a ride, that was the only thing we didn’t have time to do! But, we made a note to work that into our schedule the next time we stay here!

Family Thanksgiving

Our family met in Springfield for our annual Thanksgiving get together. We enjoyed staying at Morningside Retreat. The house was comfortable and inviting, the neighborhood quiet and our time together refreshing. The host were very hospitable. We would stay at Morningside retreat again.

We used this house to host our family for MSU graduation. It was plenty of room inside and out. The house was clean and well stocked. Great location.

Wonderful home away from home.

Beautifully decorated with open space to spread out and not feel crowded. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 teen/tweens. Home is situated close to Bass Pro, restraunts, shopping and parks. A 35 minute drive to Branson. If we come back to the area we would love to stay again.

Great property

My friends and I headed back to Springfield for a reunion and this property was exactly what we were looking for. There are so many little surprises everywhere that only enhanced our stay. The location was optimal in the center of town, and there was even a nice little walking path minutes away we utilized each morning. Everyone that stayed couldn’t believe how nice and clean the house really was. Any future trips I will definitely look into booking this property again!

Cozy, Updated House

Booked this house so our family could meet up for the holidays. When I checked in, the host informed me that their was no internet, which would have been a problem for my family. However, within two hours, the host was quick to contact me stating they were bringing a hot spot over so we could access the internet and watch TV. The house was decorated for the holiday which made it very cozy. It held the 10 members of my family easily. I would stay here again.

This was a lovely, roomy, and clean home for our family of 4 children and 4 adults to stay in. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was lovely. I would recommend this place for anyone needing to stay in Springfield.
