Bedroom 2 with 2x king single beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, bedroom 3 with 2 x single beds & bedroom 4 with 1 x bunk bed which can be seperated to 2 single beds. This house is really well appointed for two families holidaying together.

On this level there is also a family room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a Wii and plenty of games for the kids to be entertained. A family bathroom is also conveniently located on this level with separate vanity area, bath and shower and a separate toilet.

The laundry room is also on this level and is equipped with a washing machine.

The upper level consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with second w/c.

The lounge room provides a flat screen TV and DVD player and Air-conditioning which will keep you comfortable whatever time of the year.

The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher and coffee pod machine for you to enjoy.

This property is perfect for families and provides great facilities with a grassed yard perfect to kick the footy and aping-pong table located in the downstairs family room which can be enjoyed whilst cooking a barbie with the sliding doors open, bringing the outside in!

The property also offers rear access with car parking space with room for2-3 cars or you could even bring your boat!

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
