The street-level entrance offers easy loading and unloading of your packed necessities while providing direct beach access with no busy streets to cross. Once unloaded, take 2 minutes to walk to the surf. If you’ve arrived mid to late afternoon, do not miss the opportunity to view one of Oceanside’s famous sunsets!

Once back at your beach cottage, relax on the overside luxurious sofa with chaise or cozy sitting chair and flip on a movie or show on the brand new 60" Samsung smart TV-Netflix included.

A highlight of this newly updated home is the fabulously appointed chef's kitchen. Find everything from dishware, silverware, glasses, cookware, bakeware, serving platters, utensils, a Keurig, and more. Beautiful coastal backsplash, sparkling white quartz countertops, and all-new appliances make both a large feast or quick bites easy (and delightful) to prepare!

We can assure a restful sleep awaits the whole family. Snuggle up to luxurious bedding, crisp white duvets, pillows, and plush comforters for all beds. The home features 1 Cal King bed in the master; 2 Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom; and 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In fact, this condo has perhaps the most comfortable, memory foam sofa sleeper which is a breeze to pull out and put away! Truly one of (if not THE) best sleeper in the community.

As our guests, feel pampered in the fully remodeled modern bathrooms, complete with fluffy towels, luxurious amenities, and extra necessities. The master shower has been expanded into a walk-in shower and gorgeous inlaid river stone at your toes. Plus, all-new crisp white vanities, lighting, and fixtures will instantly take you into spa mode as you prep for a busy day of sunshine and relaxation.

Leave your beach and baby gear at home! In this home, we provide beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach umbrella. Baby equipment and additional beach gear and toys can be rented through our exclusive partners. Please inquire with questions or view info in your property’s digital guidebook!

The Area

The community of North Coast Village boasts a long list of amazing amenities too. Claim a chair around the pool, soak in the two spa Jacuzzis and get your workout on in the free 24-hour gym. Kids of all ages will love the rec room with TVs, ping pong tables (condo has paddles and balls), and putting green. Still not enough for you? You also get access to commercial-grade BBQ grills, onsite laundry rooms, a rentable clubhouse with a kitchen and bar, and 24-hour patrol.
Our rental is tucked on the A side of the complex off Breakwater Way. Throughout the day, you’ll hear the familiar choo-choo of the coastal train riding the rails to San Diego. You may also hear the boardwalk-like activity along The Strand
Don't worry about where to go for dinner; the guest concierge will be delighted to point you in the direction of several amazing restaurants nearby. Want to stay in? Find fresh foods at the Thursday Farmer's Markets to cook up in your gorgeous kitchen.

The San Diego area is bursting with exciting attractions and you’re under an hour from some of the best – Legoland, San Diego Zoo-Safari Park, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. Say “hi” to Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland, just an hour away. Put your feet in the sand at one of the ten fantastic local beaches. You can also visit the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and the Museum of Making Music—all within a 20-minute drive.
