Liebe Familie Neto, Herzlichen Dank, dass wir für eine Woche eure Gäste in Fuseta sein durften 🙏♥️ Wir haben uns so sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Apartment! Der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Ausblick hat uns verzaubert. Alle Teile des Strandes - die wir schon seit Jahren kennen- haben sich zusammengefügt zu einem großen Bild :) Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir ganz sicher wieder. Bis dahin, bleibt gesund und seid herzlich gegrüßt von Gudrun Buth und Thomas Schäfer P. S. Den Schneebesen haben wir ersetzt, der war nicht mehr in Ordnung, und leider ist beim letzten Abwasch ein Becher angeschlagen am Henkel. Sorry!

Traumhafter Blick und gute Ausstattung

Die FeWo ist so schön, wie sie fotografiert ist, hier also keine Enttäuschung beim Betreten. Alles ist so großzügig, wie auf den Fotos. Der Balkon im 4. Stock ist ein Traum wegen des Blicks auf die Ria Formosa und die vorgelagerte Insel. Man kann ihn super nutzen, weil man wegen der Überdachung nicht in der prallen Sonne sitzt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist komplett und alle Geräte funktionieren tadellos. Auch der Fahrstuhl funktionierte, was beim 4. Stock seh hilfreich ist. Man kann fast direkt vor dem Haus parken und es gibt nebenan auch ein sehr gutes Fischrestaurant, das die Frau des Gastgebers uns auch empfohlen hatte (danke!). Der Ort Fuzeta ist nicht malerisch, aber es gibt alles, was man so braucht (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Markthalle, Cafes und Restaurants). Wer sich von "Lost in Fuzeta" inspirieren lässt, könnte etwas enttäuscht sein. Rechnen muss man damit, dass auf dem Platz gegenüber eine Veranstaltung stattfindet, die einen dann mit lauter Musik beschallt, aber spätestens Mitternacht ist Ruhe.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sympathisch und gemütlich eingerichtet mit neuer Küche und guter Dusche. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist zu jeder Tages oder Nachtszeit traumhaft. Wir hatten das Glück, jede Nacht den Mondaufgang zu bewundern. Kontakt zum Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Die Lage der wohnung ist sehr zentral und alles in Gehnähe zu erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen

Entspannter kann es nirgendwo sonst sein

Wir haben viel Zeit auf diesem wunderbaren Balkon verbracht, weil wir uns von dem atemberaubenden Blick nicht lösen konnten und wollten und sind dadurch so was von runtergekommen, es war einfach herrlich!!!! Die Lagune in unterschiedlichen Wasserzuständen zu sehen, dem Treiben der unterschiedlichen Vögel zuzusehen, das bringt genervte Großstädter zur Entspannung. Außerdem konnten wir alles zu Fuß "erledigen", das nächste Mal mieten wir uns gar kein Auto mehr, brauchten wir gar nicht. Strand, Fähre, Restaurant, Supermarkt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, auch das ist Erholung!!! Vielen, vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub, lieber Marcos!!!!

Appartement ligt erg mooi

Op zich is er weinig mis met dit appartement, maar.... Het bed slaapt goed maar heeft Portugese afmetingen, is dus niet groot. Wel was er ergens in de slaapkamer lekkage in het plafond wat voor een steeds groter wordende schimmelplek zorgde, uiteraard gemeld, de enige reactie kwam van de eigenaar zijn moeder, die haalde er een zwabber over en dat was het. Uiteraard was die plek zo weer terug. De afzuigkap in de keuken bleek bij aankomst al vast gelopen te zijn, dit zou gemaakt worden als we weg waren. Nou ja dan eten we maar wat meer buiten de deur, ook geen straf hier. Kortom, het onderhoud mag wel wat beter maar dat neemt niet weg dat we het enorm naar ons zin gehad hebben hier.

Wonderful stay in Fuseta!

The apartment was lovely. All that we needed. And it was in a perfect location, with a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Marcos was terrific to deal with. He was very helpful, and kept us well-informed about our arrangements. Once when we had a small issue with a kitchen appliance, his wife, Andrea, hurried over to correct the problem quickly. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles vorhanden, was eine Ferienwohnung ausmacht. Allerdings fiel in den letzten 5 Tagen der Lift aus. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Für ältere Feriengäste mit (Einkaufs)gepäck, aber auch für Hausbewohner der oberen Stockwerke können die steilen Treppenstufen Probleme bereiten. Der Vermieter Marcos und seine Frau sind sehr nett und das Essen in deren Restaurant in Tavira schmeckte ausgezeichnet.

Central, limpo, mas muito barulhento.

O apartamento é bom e muito limpo, com uma vista deslumbrante da Ria Formosa e muito central. Os aspetos negativos foram os seguintes: 1) Muito barulhento: fica por cima de um café com matraquilhos e outras máquinas de diversão que ficam a funcionar até muito para lá da meia-noite. 2) Não tem máquina da louça, nem da roupa (esta, para estadias mais compridas, faz falta, até porque não há nenhum local adequado para lavar roupa à mão). 3) Proporcionam toalhas para mudar durante a estadia (2 semanas) mas não roupa de cama. 4) A cozinha é bastante antiquada e pouco funcional (o frigorífico fica no corredor) e destoa um pouco do resto do apartamento que está remodelado. 5) O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, mas despeja a humidade condensada para um balde que é necessário despejar todos os dias.

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon! Solide und zweckmäßige Ausstattung...ein netter und charmanter Vermieter...wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Fuseta und Umgebung...leckeres Essen im Restaurant des Vermieters in Tavira. (Traditionelle portugiesische Küche der Region). Einzger Nachteil: es ist lange recht laut Abends /Nachts,da es viele Restaurants etc. unterhalb der Wohnung gibt.

Superb one bed front row appartment

For a one bedroom appartment it was very spacious and very well equiped. Kitchen had all the pots and pans I needed to make proper meals, big fridge and freezer too. Lovely to have spare blanket and lots of towels. The balcony is plenty large enough to sit on with table and enjoy - always something to watch and being south facing sun virtually all day. The owners were very helpful and when the electricity flicked off (a one off) they came immediately to show us trip switch. We stayed 9 days and it was a perfect location as you can walk to everything and don't need a car.

Guter Start ins neue Jahr

Wir haben den 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in der sauberen gepflegten Ferienwohnung in Fuzeta sehr genossen. Fuzeta wirkt, besonders im Winter, noch sehr ursprünglich in der sonst so touristisch geprägten Region. Jeden Morgen haben wir überwiegend im Sonnenschein auf dem geschützten Balkon mit Superaussicht gefrühstückt. Auf dem in wenigen Minuten zu erreichenden Markt und Supermarkt konnten wir alles Notwendige für das Abendessen besorgen, bevor wir dann zu Ausflügen gestartet sind. Der Bahnhof liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, was für die An- und Abreise nach Lissabon (tolle Zugfahrt) und nähergelegene Ausflüge super ist. Für Wanderungen im Hinterland haben wir uns dann allerdings doch für ein paar Tage ein Auto gemietet. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Ausgesprochen gute FeWo für zwei Personen

Die Wohnung ist gut und mit mehr als allem notwendigen eingerichtet, für mehr als zwei Personen wäre sie uns aber zu eng. Sie befindet sich im vierten Stock, ein sehr kleiner Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, es lag Wechselbettwäsche und -handtücher bereit. Durch diverse Deko und Bilder war sie gemütlich, das Mobiliar ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist genial! Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Klimaanlagen, die auf den Balkon tropfen. Dort muss ein Eimer untergestellt werden, da das Wasser ansonsten auf die Balkone unterer Etagen tropft. Unterhalb der Wohnung sind in dem Häuserblock mehrere Restaurants vorhanden, die vor allem von Portugiesen und weniger von Touristen frequentiert werden. Nebst gutem und preiswertem Essen und Trinken muss in der Wohnung aber mit einem gewissen Geräuschpegel am Abend sowie mit Grillgeruch gerechnet werden. Fuseta ist ein nettes Dorf mit relativ geringen Tourismus. Die Bevölkerung ist uns sehr nett und hilfsbereit vorgekommen, wir hatten keine Ressentiments wahrgenommen. Alle Reiseziele der Algarve sind binnen anderthalb Autostunden erreichbar. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder diese Wohnung mieten, da sie uns sehr gut gefallen hat!

Fantastische Aussicht

Das Apartment ist absolut toll ausgestattet, es bietet alles was man zu einem tollen Urlaub am Meer braucht. Die Aussicht ist klasse, die Lage zentral.Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat ein tolles Bad. Geräuschempfindlich sollte man nicht sein, da in den Sommermonaten auf dem Platz gegenüber der Wohnung öfters Veranstaltungen und Konzerte sind.Wem es nichts ausmacht hat direkt vor der Tür zT.tolle Musikveranstaltungen.

Appartmemt Ria Formosa, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben dieses schöne Appartment für zwei Wochen gemietet und jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und den grandiosen Ausblick auf Ria Formosa und Atlantik genossen. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht, ob Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Schwimmbrett und Strandtasche. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet vom Messer bis zur Orangenpresse ist alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat, ist das Nachtleben, was in der Saison recht laut vor dem Haus abgeht, da sich dort Restaurants befinden und dort allgemeiner Treffpunkt ist. Aber das ist Ansichtssache, jeder empfindet das anders. Wenn ich noch einmal an die Algarve fahre, dann werde ich dieses Appartment wieder buchen:-)
