Sandy's Place is a lovely fully self-contained - quiet, safe and secure private holiday home with it's own private entrance and is situated in a 'little semi rural suburb' called Agnes Banks.

The Shops, Cafes', Polo Clubs, RAAF Base and Uni are all only 5 minute drive away. It is also an 'easy' run to Penrith and to neighbouring districts.

If you enjoy peace and quiet and the only sounds you hear in the morning are the birds then this is the place for you. Take an early morning stroll and don't forget to say g'day to other friendly people taking a walk - then head back home for a coffee, a very nice selection is provided. Also provided is a selection of teas. Or cook up a breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen or a short drive away are great cafes offering a variety of cuisines to indulge in a delicious breakfast or lunch.

The Master bedroom is stylish and comfortable. (see photos) It also has a television and an armchair to offer you, your own private space. With a ceiling fan for added comfort on those hot days. Dressing gowns are also provided.

The second bedroom is also one of my favourite rooms (see photos) it has been restyled to give a touch of luxury. It has 2 comfortable single beds. Blackout curtains are perfect for that good nights sleep. Ceiling fan, mirrored wardrobe and adult dressing gowns.

The lounge room has a television with Chromecast to enable you to login to your Netflix account and stream movies etc great entertainment to keep the children or adults amused. Own Modem with unlimited WiFi. For extra comfort it has a new ceiling fan and the air-conditioner

In the bathroom is a double head shower. Supplies include ; toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap, body wash, skin lotion, face cloths and towels, bathmats, tissues and a hairdryer.. So there is no need to pack these items. Please keep in mind supplies are Not Replenished during your stay.

The laundry has a washing machine, washing liquid and fabric softener and a pantry with essential items and the coffee station. Food is not included. A dryer is available at a cost of $5 per hour

For additional comfort the home has Reverse System air conditioning. Please turn it off when leaving the home but it can turn off when left unattended

With a new and large estate, with over 370 homes being built at North Richmond side of the bridge. Recent news ; apparently they are going to start building the new bridge early 2025 but us locals are not holding our breath on that one. Please choose wisely due to increase in traffic

PLACES OF INTEREST

The Blue Mountains is a rugged mountainous region and is known for it's dramatic scenery, it's steep cliffs, eucalyptus forests and waterfalls and is where you will find the famous Three Sisters. It is great for sightseeing, bush walking and many other tourist attractions.

An experience of a lifetime. If you want to see the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas why not travel on the back of a motor bike. Who wouldn't love to ride on the back of a Harley Davidson and sightsee around the Blue Mountains. Larger bikes available for the family. What a wonderful experience. See 'Wild Ride Australia' they are excellent and are local.

If you want a somewhere that has it all in one place try Penrith Panthers Club. During the day enjoy Games & Activities, Aqua Golf, Cables Aqua Park, iFly Indoor Skydiving. Many activities for adults and children of all ages.

The International Regatta Centre is a rowing and canoe sprint venue built for the 2000 Summer Olympics. It is now a popular sporting venue. It is a very scenic and easy drive down Castlereagh Road to Penrith

It is private and separate from the main house. Guests are welcomed upon arrival then left to relax in their own space.

I live on the property in a separate house, with 1 medium sized dog, so able to assist you as much or as little as you require.

It is advisable to get travel insurance incase of cancellation

'Strictly No Smoking' inside Home and no illegal substancesl and no drunken behaviour. You will be asked to leave if any of these rules are broken.

DISCLOSURE: There is a Ucocare doorbell on the guest gate and a camera facing the street. There are NO cameras anywhere on or inside the property

Only guests that are booked in are allowed to stay.

NO loud noise or parties. Quiet time on or before 10pm

Photo ID is required before check-in (Not a group photo). The person providing the photo ID and making the booking is responsible for the other guests and any damages and theft
