Convenient on the outside, comfortable on the inside
We were well located to the downtown area of Asheville, no more than a 5 minute walk to reach some very worthwhile coffeeshops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable for our group of seven and the beds were clean and soft. I enjoyed the apartment; my highlight being the bathrooms, they felt like a luxury spa bathroom.

Clean and modern condo
The apartment was perfect for 3 adult couples with the 3 baths. Location was good from an accessibility perspective however the bus station had some homeless and the concert venue across the street was loud when the band was playing.

Beautiful new condo great for friends/couples
The building is brand new and the condo is beautifully, professionally decorated. All top of the line appliances in kitchen. Very large bedrooms especially two king rooms with large en suite bathrooms. Bedding is top quality. Mattresses very comfortable. Condo is a short drive to all the top attractions/areas in Asheville. A short but steep walk to downtown. We chose not to walk as proximity to bus depot (across the street) seemed to attract some vagrants later in afternoon/evening, and we were three ladies alone. Building itself has excellent security. We felt very safe in parking and unit. Would highly recommend overall. Communication with Brandon/property managers was prompt and helpful before and during stay.

Great Guys Trip to Asheville
My friends and I came into town for a comedy show at Harrah's and this place was a perfect location for us. We were close to everything, but just far enough away to feel like we weren't in the thick of everything. The comments on all of the codes to get in the complex, use the elevator and get in to the unit, as well as the parking, are justified....but more of an annoyance than anything else.

Roomy modern apartment
The apartment was lovely, clean and roomy. Walkable to downtown and directly across the street from the bus depot. Mountain View’s from every window. We had a great time in Asheville.

Quick weekend getaway
We went as a family for a birthday celebration! Condo worked well for our family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Location was convenient as well. It was super clean too! Only issue we had was the parking. The assigned parking spot has a concrete post in the corner of it which made parking tricky. Management did their best to help when they could.

Great Two Day Getaway.
Great condo within walking distance of downtown Asheville. Clean and comfortable with a bathroom for every bedroom. Perfect setup for 3 couples. Only one parking spot in garage.

Great location
My college roommates came for a weekend in Asheville. This condo was the perfect home base. We had plenty of space, and the location was walkable to shops and restaurants. The condo looks out on an outdoor concert venue. There was a concert the Saturday night we were there, and it was very loud in the condo until 10:30pm. We enjoyed the show, but be aware of the possibility for noise if you like to go to bed early.

Condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The location was walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping downtown. Balcony was a little noisy due to bus station across the street but it was quiet inside with the doors and windows closed. The building and parking garage were secure but the parking spot was very tight for a mid size SUV. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy downtown Asheville.

My two college friends and I were thrilled with this rental! It was clean, it was well appointed, it was darned near luxurious. The rooms, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, are very spacious. Everything you could need was provided, and everything we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. The garage is a bit intimidating to park in (narrow spaces and columns), but because you can walk everywhere, you don't need to get your car out. I would have liked ice, and I wasn't sure whether to turn on the ice maker or not. Overall, as I said, we were thrilled. It was like staying in a 4-star hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely week in Asheville.

Great location and very clean! Had all the necessary items, other than ice. Could walk to everything. Perfect for a girls weekend, we had 5 in our group. The event venue across the street was a bit loud, but a white noise machine was an easy fix.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Second time staying. The only downside are the codes. There are 4 different variations of the same code. 1 for the garage, lobby, elevator and then your rental. It's a bit much.
