I am not on site, but live pretty close by. I am happy to answer questions, give recommendations, or tips via text or phone. We don't need to meet but, I can meet face to face if needed. I love to travel and explore. There are so many great things the La Porte area has to offer I'd love to share with you.
We have a keyless entry system so you can self check in and check out. If you need a special check in or out please specify in your inquiry and I will do my best to accommodate your request as long as it does not conflict with another guest's reservation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups over 8. Our beach cottage just cannot handle any more.
We love pets, but limit the number of pets to two.
I can offer a pack n' play, but it must be requested upon reservation.
Monitoring Devices:
We value your privacy. The following is a full disclosure of any recording devices inside or outside the home. We have a Ring video doorbell located at the front door and facing the driveway. We have a camera on the roof directed at the boat ramp that allows us to monitor the weather and tides. We also use a humidity sensor located in the living room behind the wooden chair to monitor the humidity and temperature in the house due the proximity to the coast. We have a rain gauge in the back corner of the yard and an anemometer on the roof which monitors wind speeds.
