Quaint Hide-Away House Overlooking Picard River and Nestled Amongst the Trees
As you approach the house, you will hear the river below, welcoming you to your home away from home.
The balcony is in a L shape, surrounding 2 sides of the house and overlooking Picard River.
When you enter the house, you will find an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. You can open the house further by opening the hatch in the kitchen onto the balcony allowing friends/family to interact with you inside.
A glass door divides the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has a large connecting bathroom.
The house has a very soft and warm feeling with the view of trees and river. Enjoy!

Why they chose this property
The Little River House is within 5 miles of many things to do. Cabrits Fort Shirley is about 3 miles to the north of us and 2 dive centers close by. For restaurants/bars in the area, we have The Champs about 3 miles away, up on the hill, overlooking the bay, C & D Beach Bar & Grill, located on the beach, about 2 miles from us and Coco Mango Restaurant is just down the road.
At Indian River, you can be paddled up the river to Cobra's restaurant and bar.
Both Prince Rupert and Douglas Bay are great for snorkeling and diving.
