All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning is in this big house in summer not needed.

Marina Di Modica is located on the seafront, on the south coast of Sicily.
With a beautiful sandy beach and dunes, on the bay ends flat rocky coastline with sandy entrances.

Weekly market, cafes, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, trattoria, specialty - fresh fish.

You can go on foot to the sandy beach and shopping, dining about 250 - 300 m.
