About this property

Vacation home invites you and your dogs to relax!

Beautiful, lovingly furnished and fenced house (built in 2010) offers you relaxation and recreation. The house has an open living-dining area. A fireplace on the ground floor invites you to linger comfortably even in cloudy weather. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, separated by a glass counter. The ground floor plan is designed so that the entire living / cooking / dining area is bright and flooded with light. The house has a corner terrace that is oriented to the south and west and thus allows you to linger in the sunshine at any time. The floors of the house are exclusively made of granite and real wood parquet. The house is equipped with shutters in all rooms. Washer and dryer included are at your disposal. Your dog is welcome and there are no extra costs for him.
Electricity, gas and internet are included in the rental price. The surrounding area also offers numerous excursions in all seasons and weather.

Super saubere Unterkunft perfekt für eine kleine Familie
Wir haben leider nur ein Wochenende dort verbracht. Es war aber wirklich eine super Erholung, da im Vorfeld alles wunderbar mit dem Vermieter besprochen werden konnte, er sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war, sich Zeit genommen hat alles zu erklären. Ein super lieber Mensch, der ein großes Herz für Hunde und auch Kleinkinder hatte. Es wurde sogar kurz vor der Anreise noch ein neues Kinderbett gekauft. Als das Haus bezogen wurde, hat er uns noch einige Tipps für die Umgebung auf den Weg gegeben, aber auch zum Nachlesen standen die wichtigsten Informationen im Wohnzimmer bereit. Die Badezimmer sind TOP in Ordnung, alles ist wirklich sehr sehr sauber gewesen und die Küche umfangreich ausgestattet. Bei der Abreise war er sehr kulant und hat uns nicht "rausgekehrt". Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir einmal wiederkommen dürfen sobald es passt. Alle waren Hellauf begeistert. :)

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen, wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort. Die drei Schlafzimmer hatten eine gute Größe und auch der Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich war groß. Der Garten mit großer überdachter Terrasse war toll. Alles in allem super und auch für 6 Personen bei längerem Aufenthalt sehr gut.

Besser geht kaum
Sehr guter Kontakt zum sehr freundlichen Vermieter (wohnt nebenan). Unser Aufenthalt, eine Woche (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund), war super. Das Haus ist spitze. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man an Einrichtung benötigt (nicht abgezählt, sondern genügend Geschirr und Besteck). Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Großer Fernseher im Wohnbereich, 3 Badezimmer mit Duschen, großes Hundebett, Grill im Aussenbereich, moderner Backofen, Gefrierfach separat, Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc. Einzig das Internet ist etwas langsam und instabil. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Was uns nicht gefiel, ist der sehr langatmige und nicht zufriedenstellende Kontakt mit dem Vermittler (FeWo). Wir warten heute noch, nach Beendigung der Urlaubsreise auf eine Nachricht, warum unsere Reise nicht auf deren Seite nach Anmeldung zu sehen war/ist. Das ist nicht akzeptabel und dann auch die Vermittlungsgebühr nicht wert. Sehr schwach.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigem für die ganze Familie ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Kinder und unserem Hund hier zu Besuch. Nur das Internet hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir würden immer wieder sehr gerne hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.
