Come and stay in this gorgeous NEW 2-bedroom condo! A perfect choice for your Park City get-away!

The living room offers great space with a two-sided gas fireplace and new furnishings. There is a comfortable sofa sleeper and a gorgeous stone dining table that will seat 6. With a fully equipped kitchen you can enjoy meals in the comfort of your own home space. Or, if you prefer to eat out, you are only steps to many dining options.

Just off the main living area, there is a spacious outdoor balcony with beautiful open views and the large glass door offers great light. There is a 55” Smart TV with Xfinity/Comcast programming. The whole home offer FREE wireless internet.

This home boasts TWO master suites! The first-floor master suite has a King-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower and a TV. The second-floor master suite also has a King-sized bed, a large walk-in shower and a TV.
The home has full heat for cold mountain evenings and central air conditioning for warm summer days. There is an in-home washer and dryer to freshen towels or dry ski clothes.

The Newpark Terrace town homes are situated above the Newpark retail space with eastern views across the Swaner Nature Preserve to the nearby ski resorts and western views over Newpark’s Main Street and the Utah Olympic Park. The complex is gated for privacy and, for you to enjoy, there is a common outdoor fire pit, dining, lounge and BBQ area on the south end.

Newpark is Park City’s most convenient community allowing guests walking access to numerous amenities including shopping, dining, cinema, bowling, nightlife, health-clubs, trail systems, grocery, banks, a state liquor store, public transit and more.

The home is just a couple of minutes walk to the Basin Recreation for Fitness, Hot Tub, Lap Pool, Batting cages, Golf Simulator and More! Day passes are available at the front desk.

Very nice property , close to Redstone which was convenient for shopping ,restaurants, and very close to I 80 if you needed to get to SLC . The condo worked out well for our purpose.

Peaceful place
Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything we needed was in the condo. The location can't be beat, with so many stores and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The management company was quick to respond to any of my questions. It was exactly as described in the listing and we felt at home.

Ski trip
We chose this property to ski at Park City. It's an easy drive to the slopes and stores/restaurants. Several stores are within walking distance. The property was spacious and clean. The check in process was very easy.

Spring Skiing
This was a perfect location for some spring skiing in Park City as well as a couple of trips into SLC to visit family. The home was just right for us and our 2 teenage boys! Easy access to the rec center was also a plus for the boys to work out when not skiing.

Nice place and super convenient to the slopes. Beautiful views of the distant mountains. Only knock is that the directions to the driveway that leads up to the condos needs to be more specific. It was difficult to find.

Problems with Mgmt company
The townhouse was lovely, unfortunately the mgmt company let us down and impacted our enjoyment of our time there. Upon our arrival there was an enormous amount of trash left in the garage which was not picked up until the next day. Two of three TVs did not work, and it wasn't until 11 the next morning that someone came to fix them. The garage code stopped working the 1st night and needed a new battery . There was a screen door was off the tracks and just stuck in snow on the balcony. Lastly after leaving the property, instead of a quick polite call inquiring if we had left the property (which we had), we received a rude text "Check out was 10 am. We have been informed your group is still in the condo. We have another group checking in and you did not have permission to stay this late. Please vacate the home immediately". Again liked the property but will not rent another that is managed by this company
