Emerald Paradise! Spectacular Views!! The 9-foot floor-to-ceiling windows on this "East End"
unit provide the BEST views on the Island. With these amazing windows on three sides, and a
balcony on the front AND back of the unit... the views are always stunning. And being on the
16th Floor, you can see all the way to Destin!

Originally built as a developer's unit, it is first class with 1858 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms all w/king
size beds, attached baths, and 50 flat screen TVs w/DVD players.

TWO Master Bedrooms!

1 st Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking the gulf with direct access
to the ocean side balcony and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

2 nd Master bedroom is set up like a studio with it's own microwave, mini fridge and private
balcony with amazing views of the gulf to the South, and the Santa Rosa Sound to the North.

The living room has two la-Z-boy leather couches (one a queen size sleeper sofa) and a
comfortable recliner, as well as a large smart TV with DVD for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your trip to include both Keurig and
regular coffeemakers. There are stainless steel appliances, ice maker, and washer and dryer.

Beach Service!! The owners of this unit have also purchased a beach service (2 chairs,
umbrella, and table for daily use, and one hour daily use for a Paddle-Board or Kayak) all from
March - October.

The Caribbean Resort Complex amenities include a pool, two hot tubs (one is extra-large),
covered seating and open seating at pool area, and beach walkover. This is a non-smoking
building; smoking is permitted on the grounds by the BBQ grills only.

Amazing Condo!

This was our first time visiting Navarre Beach and we were NOT disappointed at all! First let me just say how amazing the condo is. It was spacious, VERY clean and the owners give every detail we could possibly need during our stay. From the little signs on how to work things in the condo to the book with valuable information about the pool, beach and other things in the area. The view, oh my the view was spectacular from the balcony!! We were extremely impressed with the condo! No complaints at all! Navarre Beach was amazing, not crowded and not commercialized like other destinations which is exactly what we wanted! Thank you to Jean and George for opening their home to us! We loved our stay and miss it already!

Great vacation location

We love staying at Caribbean Resort condos. This was our first time with this property manager. We enjoyed the place, though there was a few cleanliness issues. It was also assumed that we knew to login to the property managers site to get information about our stay, so more communication from the host is necessary.

Fabulous Unit

Your condo is amazing.The kitchen is well stocked and very functional. The 3 king beds and lock out room were perfect for our group! My daughter has a 2 year old, so the lock out room was very private and perfect for naps and early bedtimes. My elderly parents enjoyed the master bedroom overlooking the ocean and loved it. And, my husband and I had a great week as well. There were 4 generations on this trip and we had a lovely week. And, all 3 beds were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Our family consisted of ages from 2 - 89. It worked out great for all ages. The view is stunning.

Family week

Relaxing oasis

Beach plus view was beautiful and amenities including hot tubs and pool were enjoyed by all in our family. Kids loved hunting for seashells too. Appreciated the thoughtful accommodations such as the luggage carts, coffee maker, and odds and ends kitchen stuff. Pensacola night life and fun attractions near by while far enough away that it was peaceful and laid back. Would stay here again.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We loved the condo and the area. It was nice to have the pool & hot tub heated when it was chilly. The condo was spacious and had amazing views. Only complaint is that my 3 year old found marijuana in the living room the first night. It was inside one of the books on the dining room table. This just prolonged longed us from relaxing until we searched the rest of the house. Please make sure everything is checked & cleaned between visits.

Family beach vacation

Spent the week with my family at Navarre Beach. The week at the condo was relaxing and due to hurricane Ida we were confined to our room for two days due to rain and high winds. The condo was very roomy and comfortable.
