**October 2022 update. Our home was thankfully not impacted by Hurricane Ian and is available to rent. Any families seeking temporary housing while their home is under repair from the hurricane can message me to discuss a discounted rate**

Recently renovated and furnished 3 bed/2 bath located in beautiful Naples, FL. Property is just minutes to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Bikes are available to visit the beach (5 min ride), watch the sunset, or explore the neighborhood. Property comes fully furnished with all your cooking and kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, patio furniture, BBQ grill, fishing poles, golf clubs, beach chairs/umbrellas and more to meet all of your vacation needs! This property is also great for families with young children as it comes with a pack and play, high chair, and children's toys. Come enjoy all the beautiful things Naples has to offer! Finally, During these uncertain times, we understand how important it is to ensure our guests that we are doing everything in our power to provide you with a disinfected, clean and safe home to vacation in Naples. Our contracted cleaning company throughly washes all linens in hot water, disinfects all high touch surfaces (knobs, doorhandles, remotes) and we have provided antibacterial soaps, wipes and sprays for you to use during your stay. Nice stay in Naples

Positive stay, comfy home. Location is excellent, 5-10 min walk from Vanderbilt Beach, close to Mercato and grocery stores (Walmart and Publix). Communication was excellent, owners were highly responsive. Internet speed was strong -- good for teleworking and multiple devices. The pool is a real highlight. Would book again.

Great house for vacations

Beautiful house with all you need for your vacations. Kids enjoyed the pool and movie time in the living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Meghan was very communicative and responded quick to all my questions. I wouldn't doubt to come back for next vacations. Thanks Meghan.

Memorial Day weekend

Lovely Naples Beach Home

This is a lovely and clean home located within a short driving distance of beautiful beaches, and all the stores and restaurants one could ask for. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach vibe, and has everything needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen is updated, clean, and well-stocked. The owner has plenty of beach items, including chairs, umbrellas, bikes and toys. The bathrooms are cute, updated and have wonderful water pressure! Our family enjoyed the stunning new pool the most, and the sunshelf was perfect for our toddler. Definitely would come back here if we visited again!

Adorable home with beautiful pool.

The home was perfect for our needs. The house is super cute and although we did not use pool it’s beautiful. Megan and Ross are truely amazing hosts. The communication was excellent. They were very helpful and even recommended restaurants which we enjoyed. House is in great neighbor and we would defineatly stay here again.

Best hidden gem in Naples!

Last weekend my family and I travelled on a weekend getaway to the city of Naples, we wanted to be near the beach and stay in a place that would provide us with everything we needed to have a worry-free mini-vacation. We got all this and more under one place, Meghan's beach house! From the location, decoration to the most recent additions such as the pool and the kitchen, they make it a comfortable and cozy place. Meghan continues to make renovations to the place to make it even more pleasant for guests, soon new guests will be able to enjoy completely remodeled bathrooms and laundry room! I highly recommend this place! We will surely be coming back to make more family memories!

It’s perfect!

This house is perfect for a family get away or a girls trip! It has it all! It’s beautiful and well stocked with everything you need such as beach towels, and chairs in case you want to hit the beach which is only a 5 min drive away by car. It had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was great! It’s right around the corner from The Mercato which has great nightlife, and places to eat. Also the host definitely deserves 5 stars! She was quick to answer and so kind as well as accommodating. We’re definitely grateful we found this gem!

Perfect location and property

Spring break 2022

Family of 4 - mom dad and two teens had a wonderful time in Naples , due largely because of our booking with Meghan and her property. Great location to beach, great recommendations and beautiful new salt water pool. We would highly recommend to others!!

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 - quick easy walk to the ocean, or in the other direction quick walk or short drive to shops and restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood, was great for some relaxation and yet so close to everything. House was very clean, all of the main necessities were onsite like paper products, laundry detergent, coffee filters etc. Beautiful new pool was a highlight and we certainly enjoyed it. Cannot say enough good things about communication, we messaged with some questions initially before arriving and we had replies back very quickly from the owners, extremely hospitable and very responsive. Great place to stay, we are excited for our next trip to the Naples area!

House was perfect for us a family of 5. House was stocked with all the essentials needed, beach towels and chairs. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Beach is only 4 minutes away. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely be booking again.
