Gorgeously relaxing brand new built double story home to spoil you and your group. You will love every second of it! WiFi and private yard. 2 bedrooms and bathroom, flat-screen TV. Guests can also relax in the large open lounge and dining area. Melbourne is 10 km from the holiday home. Melbourne Airport is 13 km away. Also close to public transport, parking also included. 30 mins by public transport or 15 mins drive to CBD. Close to Highpoint Shopping and Footscray market, cafes and restaurants. Located in one of the best and convenient suburb in West Melbourne.
Home key features includes:
• The spacious lounge is extremely comfortable .
• Value for your money
• Lots of beds to suit big group, with comfortable pillows mattresses and built in robes.
• bathrooms with bathtub, shower and 2 toilet.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the utensils
• Washing detergent is available for use with tumble dryer combined
• Outdoor fire pit and gazebo and gas BBQ available
• Cleaning fee is charged only once during your entire period of stay
(No charge for infant and kids under 2 years old)
Plus this home is so to many great cafes, restaurants and speciality stores.
And only a minute walk to Western Bulldog Oval, TAB, And 3mins drive to Footscray market, Victoria University, Flemington Racecourse and Highpoint Shopping Centre, 10mins drive to Melb CBD and 25-30mins drive from Melb Airport.

And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.
