21 North Ave, Camp Ellis Beach, Saco, Maine. Located approximately 4 miles to the center of Old Orchard Beach. Newly renovated 2 floor layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs (1 queen, 2 full beds and 1 twin) fully stocked kitchen, living room with streaming TV, washer/dryer, 1/2 bath downstairs, full bath upstairs, wi-fi, outside covered porch with a table/chairs and an outside gas grill. The cottage is exceptionally clean and nicely accommodated with everything you will need. There is parking for 2 cars in front of cottage. I will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Just under 5 star
I wanted to give this property a solid 5 star but there's 3 things that stopped me. There is no AC, no garbage disposal, and no diswasher. Now these things are not typically a big deal, but we prefer to rent a cottage/house as compared to a hotel due to not wanting to eat out constantly. With no garbage disposal, all garbage must go in the can, which tended to smell due to the hot weather. With no AC, the fans constantly being on in the windows would bring the smell into the cottage at times, and it was hot and noisy trying to sleep. Having to do dishes by hand each time we had a meal was time consuming and not preferable when on vacation. All other things with this cottage were lovely and the host was MORE THAN ACCOMODATING for everything else. The location was stellar, just a very short walk to the beach.

Whole house in great location!
We enjoyed our stay. Teens were able to walk to fishing spots, beach was not crowded, nice neighborhood. Two story house with three bedrooms - plenty of space.

Great location, clean and comfy
Very clean, simple, nothing fancy, comfortable steps from a wonderful beach, seasonal restaurant with very attentive owner. Close to all the fun but far enough away for some peace and quiet as well. Beds are comfortable. High expectations for cleaning before leaving are clearly marked. Good price.

This cottage was immaculate and furnished as it was described. Located a short walk from the beach as well as a short walk to food was just what we were looking for. It was a short drive to numerous other food places and beaches. I would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable and Cozy cottage near the Beach
The cottage was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed seating on the front porch with my coffee with a beach view. The homemade blueberry pie and ice cream at the local restaurant was just like mama’s. Parking is limited.

Hot, but enjoyable week.
Spacious and very clean. Owner was there when I arrived and answered all questions. Front porch was wonderful. Easy to clean. Washer and dryer were a plus. Lots of fans and always a breeze from the ocean. Would stay here again. Lack of parking was a negative.

Perfect place for a beach vacation
We had an amazing time at this house. The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the location to beach is perfect. We stayed here as a family of 5, my in laws had their own place down the road. We hung out as a family of 9 at this house just about every night. The house is stocked with anything you may need. We love camp ellis and have visited for the past 15 years. This was our first year in this house and we loved it. We are hoping to return again next year.

Perfect!
We were there the first week of September and we were amazed by the house and Camp Ellis itself. The house was perfect for our needs, super clean, enough room for everyone and beautiful view on the ocean from the front porch. The house is well located, 1 minute walk from the beach, and there is plenty to do around.

Just 100 +/- steps to the Camp Ellis Beach and approximately 4 miles to the center of Old Orchard Beach. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, washer/dryer, full kitchen and living room. Covered porch to relax on and a grassy area with picnic table and gas grill. We take pride in the fact that you will be walking into a unit that is exceptional clean and everything you need to start your vacation the minute you walk in. As is the norm with all summer rental units, linens and sheets are not provided.

This property is licensed with the town and the state of Maine. It meets all local and state regulations and safety guidelines.

Minimum Rental Age is 25 years old. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

What makes this property unique

Sun bathe, swim or body surf on beach just out your door. Fish off the beach or book a fishing outing. Buy fresh fish/lobsters right from the returning fishermen at the docks nearby walking distance. Jet ski and parasailing rental is 1 block away at Marina. Short drive into town at OOB pier for amusement park. Drive 25 minutes to Ogunquit or Portland, 45 minutes to Freeport/LL Bean or the Kittery Factory Outlets. Close proximity to numerous golf courses and great eating places.
