Park City - Slope-side luxury condo in 'Hyatt Escala Lodges' The premiere property for The Canyons resort. Unlike all the other Listings for Hyatt Escala Lodges, our unit is one of the few with and UPPER FLOOR LOCATION WITH PRIVATE MOUNTAIN VIEW. Many of the properties listed on this site have valley views or courtyard views which are less desirable.

First featured in the November 2009 Ski magazine. Ski magazine also named the top U.S. Ski Resort hotels and Escala Lodges was #12 the first year. Also, Hyatt Escala Lodge has been listed on the Conde Nast’s prestigious annual award: The Top 20 Resorts in The West- Ranked #10. Our Sunrise lift is located just a hundred feet from the lodge, making it a true, ski-in/ski-out resort. The new restaurant and bar are up and running and are fabulous.

Enjoy the heated pool and huge spa and keep in top shape with a great gym with steam and sauna.

Enter through the beautiful new lobby with raging stone fireplace. Walk to the end of the court yard to ride on your own ski lift to the Canyons ski area. At the end of the day, ski back to your room and leave your skis with the valet ski check or ski over to Cayons Village for Après Ski. Incredible skiing that accommodates all levels of skill.
Rent it as a two-bedroom or a one-bedroom.

Plenty to do within walking distance, spa, restaurants, SHOPPING, and free shuttle to town for more. All this and only 35 minutes to the airport.

Great Location and Experience
We had a fantastic weekend stay at the Hyatt. The engagement with the owner was easy and seamless. Checkin at the Hyatt on arrival and access to all the amenities there. Great gym, pool and ski valet. The new Gondola arriving next year (2025-26) will be a game changer for the area. The unit is in great original condition (it was not updated to the contemporary look of the rest of the Hyatt). There is ample room for 2-4 people. It is a hotel style single room (no kitchen, couch). We will definitely come back next year.

I booked this condo based on the listing details that it was considered a 1 BR unit, but it actually does not have any bedrooms at all, it is just a motel room type set-up where the 2 beds are in the main living space. After learning this I then requested usage of one of the TWO "additional" bedrooms the host offered in his posting which can be added on. He told me I couldn't have them. I then said I couldn't rent it as I was under the impression that this condo could have either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. The ad states that you could ask for these extra bedrooms. This was only 12 hours after I booked. I couldn't believe he wouldn't just have said "oh yeah sorry I cant give you those extra bedrooms I mention in my listing, therefore-sure he is your refund" Any normal host would do that. So after several days of going back and forth on the issue of a simple credit he then stopped responding. I called him 5 times and he never returned a single phone call and rarely returned any emails. I contacted VRBO and they helped set things straight and he finally said he would credit me back 80% of the money after he got paid the full amount. After the VRBO payment cleared he then went back on his word and now 30 days later has not paid back what he promised not answered 5 emails I have in with him so I am suing. I would definitely not trust this guy at all. There are plenty of rooms at this hotel find another owner to work with. I have full documentation on all of this happy to share.

the perfect ski in / ski out location
This condo was clean, furnished very well and accommodated my family in every way. Also the location and resort is truly a ski in / ski out location as advertised and absolutely no walking is required to ski. My family and I will be coming back.
