There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).
This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. His experience expands across all brand types of rental properties, hotels and resorts, including Hilton Properties, IHG, and Independent Boutique Hotels. He has put together a staff that is knowledgeable of the area and industry, and excels in customer service. He and staff are on-site and hands on to assist with all departments' action plans.
