About this property

ACROSS FROM STADIUM - walk to downtown Annapolis.

Across the street from the Navy and Marine Corps Stadium and walking distance to historic downtown Annapolis - you will be in the heart of it all! Our home is a warm and welcoming space in a park-like setting with plenty of parking and gathering spaces to enjoy with family and friends. Bringing kids? They are sure to enjoy the kid space with games, toys and art. Entertaining? Use the large yard, decks, & multiple living areas. Multiple families? Enjoy two master suites and plenty of room.

The space

Our home has two master suites with king size beds as well as a large laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. We also provide a pack n play and baby gate for the stairs.

Guest access

You will have full access to the house and shed.

Interaction with guests

We are not usually in the area, but we provide the numbers for cleaning staff and maintenance people that you can call if anything pops up. We are also available via phone and email if you need anything. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay!

Other things to note

Kid friendly space! We have a kid area with toys, trains, art supplies as well as a baby gate for the stairs and a pack n play with sheets.

The location of this property is excellent. Very near grocery, restaurant, downtown and historical attractions. We are 4 mature ladies who get together for a week and this property was spacious and everyone had their own space.

Annapolis Girls' Trip
This is a very comfortable and well situated property to explore the Annapolis area. Parking is plentiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is a walking trail a block away to enjoy when you are not visiting nearby sights to see. You can also walk downtown. There is room to hang out together in the house or to find your own spot outside to contemplate the beauty of the backyard.

Thanksgiving feast
We would stay in this home again! Comfortable couches and beds, good kitchen, plenty of parking. Plenty of room to spread out. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for a crowd and everyone had a wonderful time.

Excellent Stay in Annapolis, Maryland
Stayed for the Annapolis Boat Show the large home was very cozy with a beautiful kitchen and very well supplied. Everything a host could possibly think of was available including some toys and a play area for children. There is walking paths in the area as well.

Great location for family gatherings
Location was easy to access downtown Annapolis and main roads. The unit easily accommodated our family of 9 (3 couples and 3 children). There is soft seating on the main floor and lower level which allowed both socializing and space for those who needed a quieter environment. Communication from the owner was very welcoming and informative. Great stay

We were visiting for a family funeral at the Naval Academy. The location allows you to walk into town (30 minutes to the city dock) and the home provides plenty of space and amenities for all ages. Very comfortable home and Ashley was super responsive to any questions.

Perfect for Commissioning Week
Seven adults stayed at this house for my youngest son's commissioning week. It's walking distance to the stadium which was perfect not only for the day of graduation but also for catching the shuttle to the Yard for the events leading up to the big day. We were even able to walk back to the house from the Yard after the Blue Angels show when the traffic and shuttles made riding more of a challenge. We really appreciated having a laundry room as well as an extra refrigerator with freezer for all of the food we brought for the week. Highly recommend!

Navy Retirement
Great house and location. There was snow the week of our visit and during our visit. It would have been nice if the walk into the house was shoveled before we got there and a shovel was provided to clear snow during and after the snow storm. Also, because of the snow the entry way got very slippery, a non slip mat or covering would have been nice. Otherwise we had a great stay.

All's well as ends well
Due to a failure by the cleaning service, the house had not been cleaned when we arrived. The owner responded very rapidly to our message, but unfortunately no one was available until the next morning. So the 4 start cleanliness rating deducts a little for this problem. Otherwise, the place was indeed fully equipped for cooking, which we did a lot of, and otherwise as promised.

Lovely house with plenty of space to spread out and also have privacy. 5 adults---1 grandparent, 1 couple, 2 adult grandsons (21, 22).

Overall very good property. We enjoyed our stay and it worked for our family. We had six adults and 1 infant. The carpet is stained, the toaster did not work and there was a very moldy plate on top of the stack of plates. The outside decks could use updated furniture.

Naval Academy Graduation
With so much going on to have this home as base was magic. Nicely laid out. The extra refrigerator in the basement was useful. Recommend chair in downstairs bedroom to assist with putting on clothes and shoes without sitting on the bed. To families of Naval Academy midshipmen, you CANNOT find a better location. Two blocks from Naval Academy shuttle bus location at the stadium! Kitchen a dream to host meals/snacks for your graduates! A/C very comfortable and beds made for great sleeping! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great family house
We had our kids and parents with us on the trip and this house was perfect. The bedrooms are large with enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved the location as it's not in the direct hustle and bustle of downtown, but it's so easy to get everywhere. The parking is fabulous - no fighting for a spot. My husband was thrilled with the grill. Heating/Cooling was great. The beds were all comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Son's wedding
We stayed here for the weekend for our son's wedding with out of state family. The location was perfect, only a mile from his fiancees house and only a few miles to the Naval Academy chapel and O club for the festivities. Really quick drive for groceries and pizza. We were able to check in easily and early by a few hours. Overall fantastic stay!
