This freshly decorated 5,400-square-foot home feels even larger than it is—with over-sized windows and high ceilings—making it perfect for groups of all kinds. Modern conveniences abound, and unique décor, such as “vintage” Riviera travel posters, transport you to a truly relaxing time and place.
As you enter from the front hall, you will see a cathedral-ceiling great room, with its grand gas fireplace. This versatile living space also has a TV and game table for those cozy nights when you just want to relax. Expansive spill-out spaces, such as the front porch, the screened porch, and the dining room and great room deck, to name a few, provide areas of respite among the crowd when needed.
Cooking and dining are a breeze with the spacious, fully stocked kitchen with sub-zero fridge and counter seating for 3—plus, a new grill just steps away. The kitchen opens to the dining room that seats 10. The great room table seats 8, the screened porch table seats 12—and there’s even a large dining/game table in the sunny lower level—in case the kids/teens want their own space.
The Lookout is the top-level of the Riviera, and it is the ideal spot for pre-dinner refreshments. This loft space comes equipped with a bar, mini-fridge, and sink, and sliding glass doors open to a large deck with comfortable seating. We see tales of many beautiful sunsets in your future! The Lookout also offers a high-end queen pullout couch and sitting area with an overhead fan, making this the perfect place to keep cool while enjoying the view.
Seven gracious bedrooms with authentic accents whisk you away to exciting Riviera destinations in Spain, Greece, Portugal, Morocco, Italy, France, and, of course, Monaco. Large bedrooms with lux linens, European style, and abundant closet space elevate your experience and allow for genuine relaxation.
Full of light and windows, the lower level of The Riviera has a large central living space with a sectional sofa, a 57” TV, and an additional stone gas-fired fireplace. With its ping-pong table and large game table, it is great for family fun. Sliding glass doors open out to the backyard and fire pit area—perfect for roasting marshmallows and unwinding once the stars come out! Deer can be seen moseying around the backyard, often at dawn and dusk.
The lower level bathroom has two sinks/vanities, a private washroom area, and a steam shower.
Two laundry rooms—one off the kitchen and one on the lower level (with 2 washers and 2 dryers!) are offered for your convenience.
This spectacular home promises a unique vacation experience.
With central AC, heat, and fireplaces—it’s a great escape for all seasons’ adventures: summer beach fun, autumn colors, winter snow falls, and spring winery tours! We only have a few rules: no pets, no smoking, and ALWAYS have fun! So make it happen! Book your stay now at The Lake Michigan Riviera Beach House!
