Beautiful Place to Spend Christmas

Don't hesitate to book this property. It is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The property manager, Dan was always available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a repeat visitor.

This is our second time at this VRBO and it's truly one of the nicest we've stayed at. Very clean, great location and Dan was very accommodating our early arrival. 5 stars for this host and venue.

Awesome Experience

My wife and I arrived about 45 minutes early and contacted Dan (property manager) for early check in. Dan was actually on site for the turnover inspection so we had the opportunity to speak with him briefly in person before taking occupancy and found him to be very professional, personable, and proactive. The unit is as described in the listing and we could not have been more pleased! You are literally right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for! All of the odds/ends needed for our stay were covered including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Shops, entertainment, restaurants, and bars both on the strip and beach are only are only a short walk away. We had a very enjoyable seamless vacation while staying at this unit and will certainly be returning in the future!

Anniversary trip with amazing views!

We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and visit family that lives there! The condo location is excellent. Quiet beach but you can walk anywhere, we didn't have a car. Love the sunset views and place was super clean. Place was also very quiet and the bed super comfy. Great place!

Gulf Sunsets Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and feels very homey and welcoming. It lacks for absolutely nothing. Dan the property manager was incredible to work with. There is a luggage rack for unloading your car, to the elevator to the condo. You feel very safe and secure so you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful beach view from the deck. Not to mention the great view of the beautiful sunset every evening. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. We hope to return to this condo again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

This property was a dream. Walk into the 2nd story condo and you're greeting with the beautiful, almost blinding view of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf. That view will be an indelible memory for my wife and I forever. We spent every evening watching the sunset from there. The condo it nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. Coming from a 4-day stay at Universal Studios with a 16- and 19-year old, we were ready for some spreading out. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need (we did prepare dinner 1 night during our stay). Property manager was prompt in his communication when an issue arose (something on our side, not the property side). Could have asked for better scenario. We walked up and down Mandalay, even down to Pier 60. It's pretty hectic that direction. This property is nestled in a quieter part with quaint beach houses and the like. If hustle and bustle isn't your thing, this is the location for you. Pro Tips: Order some Alba Pizza and definitely get to the Shipwreck for a nightcap.

Great location, great condo!

This was our first vacation rental. We have always stayed at hotels. A friend of mine recommended this website, and we wanted to try it out. I am glad we did! Because it was nothing like any vacation we've had before. We have so much space, a bed for everyone in this gorgeous unit. It's everything you see in the pictures and more. Direct access to the beach was unreal. I highly recommend this unit to everyone.

We fell in love with Clearwater Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach. Communication with Dan was so easy and he provided quick responses to all of our questions prior to and during our stay. From walking into the unit, we felt right at home. We were greeted with 4 cold waters in the fridge which doesnt sound like much but was greatly appreciated after arrival from the airport. The unit is very well kept and provides all of the amenities a family could ask for from appliances, beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs/umbrella. The view is beautiful from the balcony or living room and the sunsets are amazing!! All restaurants, activities, and groceries are within a very short distace and we enjoyed the great seafood provided at the restaurants that Dan had recommended to us. We also enjoyed a night with our daughters on the Calypso Queen dinner cruise. It is so nice when your college age kids still enjoy a trip with their parents!! So glad we found this property!!

My happy place!

This is my fourth year coming to this beachfront condo in Clearwater, FL. I absolutely love it here! Located in north Clearwater, this property is close to all that Clearwater beach has to offer including shopping and casual dining. However, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the pier area that you feel like a local with your own private beach. The condo is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities for a restful vacation. The property provides beach gear including chairs, towels and an umbrella. I cannot imagine a better place to relax and unwind! Highly recommend!

Beautiful views/beach- close to everything

The property and location are great. The host was very available and quick to help out. However, some of the included items were very cheap. We were provided store brand paper towels and toilet paper. The provided beach umbrella blew apart easily, and the coffee pot is on its last leg. This was my first property rental, so perhaps I should have known to bring some of these items but for the price per night I expected a little better.

Spring break 2024 - Unit 202

Outstanding overall experience! Unit was clean and spacious for my wife/me and two teens. Lay-out was very nice. Teen BR at front of unit with master BR at back for easy morning access to balcony. Unit was well-appointed (coffee maker, blender, microwave, washer/dryer, much storage/hooks) and furniture was nice/good condition. (Bed in master BR was exceptionally comfortable.) Very nice touch to already provide dishwashing supplies and laundry detergent. View of beach/ocean from balcony was excellent and balcony chairs/table made for great morning coffee and afternoon beverages. Morning shade with afternoon sun/sunset. Very convenient access to beach with beach equipment provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floating noodles). Only 10-minute walk to downtown area. Didn't need to use car except for groceries and excursions to Busch Gardens & Tampa mall. Easy check-in/check-out and Dan (property manager) was accessible, responsive and unintrusive. Overall, one of our best vacations!
