Right in the heart of beautiful Victoria, our condo is within walking distance to all the downtown area has to offer. Step out and explore the Inner Harbour, Government Street, Chinatown, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, Bastion Square, Market Square and the many funky restaurants and cocktail bars spread throughout the downtown core.
After a day exploring our beautiful city, drive into your secure parking spot and take the elevator up to a quiet and relaxing space. The condo is one of four units per floor in a concrete building, so peace and privacy are ensured. Large windows in every room make for a very bright and airy welcoming home which has in-floor radiant heating.
There are two separate bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) and own TV, and the other with bathroom (shower) just outside the room. Fans are available in each bedroom, which have room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Denby china, kettle and coffee maker ready for you to enjoy morning coffee or tea on the balcony or at the bar perched on one of the four stools around the counter.
TV, Netflix and wifi are included. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for your first couple of days, as well as basic herbs and spices. We also have a number of board games available for your enjoyment. We use environmentally friendly and natural body care products.
You will have full use of the condo, outdoor patio and car and bicycle parking spot. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking inside or on the patio or in any of the public spaces. Please make sure you read our condo information binder which is full of helpful hints and recommendations you will need so you can explore the city easily.
We are meticulous about cleaning and use safe, natural and biodegradable products to clean and disinfect the condo.
