About this property

Our condo has been remodeled to give it a fresh new look! Brand new granite counters, tile, and all new appliances in the kitchen with undermount sink with a high rise Kohler faucet. Both bathrooms have been updated with custom counter height vanities, new light fixtures and a Kohler chair height toilet added. A brand new King Bed in Master Bedroom with a new STERNS AND FOSTER MATTRESS and nightstands. We also redid the balcony with new comfortable furniture! The balcony is the best place to hang out in the whole condo!

Our guests have told us they love our unit 2203 and the experience (check out our reviews). The custom touches from the curtains, closets and walk in showers really make it exceptional.

Emerald Gulf Coast....beautiful, vibrant green/blue water, breathtaking views, the sound of the ocean, and the view of a BIG aquarium right from our balcony on the 22nd floor at Tropic Winds!

Panama City Beach is one of the World's Most Beautiful beaches, with over 27 miles that stretch along the Gulf of Mexico. If you have ever traveled to Mexico or the Caribbean, the aqua blue waters & white sand beaches will remind you of those tropical places!

This condo is pure luxury...From the custom ceramic tile walk in showers to the plush mattresses. This condo is our home away from home!!

Our Condo is located on the 22nd floor and has all the comforts of home and more. The main rooms (kitchen/dining room/family room) all have a beautiful traditional feel that will help you relax on your much needed vacation! The master bedroom has a King Bed with a Sterns and Foster Mattress along with a wonderful fold down desk/entertainment unit. The draperies are all custom made in Navy Blue to match the bedding and have sewn in blackout liners for that restful sleep. The master closet has all been done custom to maximize space and keep you organized. Your master bath is stunning as the ceramic tiled walk in shower and custom glass is just what you need after a long day at the beach!

The second bedroom also has a Queen Sleigh Bed with a comfy mattress, twin size daybed with pillow-top mattress, custom closet and is decorated in a fun beach décor. The 2nd Bathroom also has a beautiful custom tiled walk in shower.

The living room is pure comfort with down filled furniture and the entertainment center boasts a 55" Smart TV, Stereo and DVD Player. You can also watch all your favorite movies free on Netflix or listen to your favorite music on Pandora streamed through the Smart TV and the unit is equipped with high speed WIFI.

We have the largest Gulf-front balconies on the beach (10’ X 30’ or 300 sq. ft.). The balcony is accessible from the family room and the master bedroom. You can either lounge or dine from the balcony area and watch the sun rise and set with the most radiant colors I have ever seen over the ocean. Furniture on the balcony includes a 4 pc table and chair set for family dining. You will also have a high rise bar set that seats 4, table and a comfortable seating for four to lounge at. Your time on the balcony will have lasting memories as the view is breathtaking! We also only rent to 25 year or older & non-smokers only for our beautiful condo. Tropic Winds is now a smoke free building/property.

Pier Park is just minutes away, 900,000 sq. ft. open air complex that is the largest shopping and entertainment venue in the Northwest area of Florida. Pier Park has everything for everyone in the family, shopping, restaurants, kid entertainment, theaters, Dave & Busters, Sugar candy store and more. We enjoy going to Tootsies the original Honky Tonk from Nashville...Great music!

Panama City Beach and our beautiful Tropic Winds Penthouse is easily accessible from every where now that the 'Northwest Florida Beaches (ECP) International Airport' is open and has daily flights via Southwest, American Airlines and Delta.

The condo was beautiful and we loved our stay. The location was perfect because the beach wasn’t overly crowded and was just stunning. It was a very relaxed environment. The condo was as advertised and so clean!! Robyn was very responsive which we appreciated. We hope to stay in this condo again!

Excellent Condo

This was above and beyond what we expected. Stayed here for a week with my wife and boys (3 & 6) and it could not have been better. The condo is excellent and everything is very nice and clean and the amenities (appliances, etc.) are well above standard. We will be staying here again and would recommend this to anyone. The area is very nice and not as busy as the other areas but still close enough to access with ease.

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was very modern and up to date. It was very warm and welcoming. We had a hiccup and rented a golf cart and an HOA rep or owner told us we could not park it in the garage. That was disappointing as we had a parking spot in the garage. We parked it out off of the sidewalk. Other than that we had a wonderful trip and would stay in your condo again. :)

AMAZING property and owners

What a great way to spend our family vacation. We couldn’t have been more pleased with both the property and the owners. Excellent communication every time we had a question with very clear, thorough information. This family is great to work with, especially if you aren’t familiar with the area. The listing was accurate, the condo was in excellent condition, and the decor and amenities were above what we expected. All newer appliances, full sets of dishes, glassware and utensils made meal cooking/re-heating a breeze. A newer washer and dryer also made mid-vacation washes fast and efficient. Our view of the gulf was incredible. We were able to witness dolphins, rays and other sea life while we enjoyed food and drinks on the nicely sized, fully furnished patio. The sunrises/sunsets were amazing from up there as well. We would definitely go back to this condo if we are in the Panama City Beach area again. Can’t say enough about it.

February/March 2024 Tropic Winds Condo #2023

It was a beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. The condo was very well appointed and spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with upscale appliances and every tool and gadget needed. The full sized new washer and dryer were convenient and easy to use. Beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The very large balcony overlooking the Gulf was outstanding with comfortable furniture for eating, reading, sunning or just relaxing. The owner Robyn Simmons was most accommodating. We highly recommend this VRBO.

The condo, which has recently been remodeled was very clean and beautifully decorated. The WELL stocked kitchen has new granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances…the perfect place for a quick snack or a full meal. The bathrooms with their full showers were the best. Beautiful condo

Condo was exactly as described/pictured. Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest condos I’ve stayed in. Location of the condo is very convenient - close enough to shops/restaurants, but far enough away from the most crowded areas. Robyn is super easy to get in touch with, and she responds right away. Next time we are in PCB, I would love to stay at this condo again.

Beach Front w/amazing balcony, gorgeous condo

This property was everything pictured! Upper floor of building so views of beach, ocean, sunsets - everything we hoped it would be. The balcony is the best part of the condo IMO. I could start my day on it and finish my evening sitting out in the dark watching the stars and listening to the relaxing surf. Our first night I saw a shooting star! I'm a big city girl and can't see these at home. There is one floor above this unit so the typical noises of people above you. Two of the nights of our stay it seemed as if they were bowling, literally above us. But it didn't ruin our stay. They finally settled down around midnight. Then it was quiet for the rest of our stay. The condo is gorgeous, well kept and has lots of extras in the cabinets in case you forgot the sugar for your tea or a spice to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had NO complaints of concerns. Loved the sofa! I could not get the dishwasher to run a program or start and the owner was very responsive and the cleaner who I called in desperation answered and said she'd look at it when she arrived. My only anxiety the entire stay was the teeny-tiny parking garage, parking space, and my SUV (Honda Pilot). I made the kids get out and go on up to condo BEFORE I tried to park my car between a wall and another car. I don't rear park often and this was a challenge for me. Stressful! We loved this condo and its location - west of the crowds and traffic further down the beach.

Beautiful condo and wonderful location!

This condo is amazing! It is even more beautiful than the pictures! We loved everything about it. The attention to details was wonderful! Communication with Robyn was fast and efficient. A nice added touch was having beach chairs available for use as well as getting 2 chair rentals included on the beach. The hot tub was really nice. Pool is small but who needs that with the beautiful beach access! The view from the balcony was our favorite thing. We saw dolphins, a stingray and fish swimming even at 22 floors up. Having a parking space across from the elevator was awesome too! This condo is in the quieter part of PCB but everything was only a 15-20 minute drive, as long as you don’t drive between 3 and 6 when the traffic is horrendous. That was our only complaint about the whole vacation! Definitely recommend this beautiful condo. Hopefully if we make it to PCB again, Robyn’s place will be available!

This property is everything you see and more. The place is super clean and nice and has everything you need and more. The beach is so close, the parking space is primo, the elevators are fast, the beds are comfortable and showers are great. The owner is awesome at over communicating and making sure everything was good for checkin, during our stay and check out. The location is also amazing, it’s further down from all the craziness of Panama City beach crowds so the area is more quite which is great for a beach day but you are close enough to go out at night with the crowds. The beach itself is so clean, white sand and clear water. We will stay here again for sure - thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful condo!

Absolutely loved this condo! The place was nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything you need, and clean. We were on the twenty third floor and the view was amazing! Beach was not overly crowded. It was also nice that we had lounge chairs and umbrellas everyday. Plenty of restaurants around and shopping. I will definitely book this in the future! Five stars for us! ❤️
