THE SPACE
Open plan living area, with cozy seating area and 55" TV leads off a fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A handy breakfast bar allows the cook to chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal and a dining table next to the kitchen seats 5 persons comfortably. The cozy den offers a separate area for the kids to enjoy a big screen TV with DVD player and has a pull out queen-size sofa bed. Fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops, open plan living/dining room and a cozy den, highest quality furnishings throughout.

BED AND BATH
3 bedrooms, all with upgraded pillow-top mattresses, large flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans plus a queen sofa bed in the den. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. There is a large private balcony with loungers and summer sunsets to enjoy after a long day at the park or convention center. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
