Come and Enjoy Lake Havasu!

Reconnect with Family and Friends. This home has two large living spaces for plenty of spreading out and enjoying. Making conversations easy and a place to play board games. But, if there are those that still need an extra TV for playing games in the family room too. New A/C and heater unit. Ceiling fans are throughout the house. Master bedroom has king size bed, walk in closet, and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin top and full on the bottom. All bedrooms include USB ports. Guest bathroom includes a full bath with shower/tub combination. Home provides an open concept between the living room with two recliners and large couch, dining room that sits six people and kitchen. There is an additional step down living area with one recliner, large lazy boy chair, large TV, and an additional dining table. This dining area sits four people for games, extra eating area, or whatever your needs are. A large walk-in pantry is located right off the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar that can sit five people. New water softener system and R/O. New carpet in the 2nd bedroom and the Master bedroom. Additional amenities include an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. House includes a HIGH speed Internet and great Wifi.

The front of the house has a courtyard that guests can relax and enjoy their cup of coffee in the morning. In the evening while the sun sets, guests can sit in the backyard under a nice patio cover while enjoying a BBQ dinner and relaxing at a large outside dining table that sits six. Since the house is on a corner lot there are no neighbors to the right of the house and to the left of the house, neighbors have a large wall... therefore providing a nice private feel to the backyard.

There are two large beautiful trees that provide a nice peaceful shady backyard setting with some views of the lake. Stucco walls surround the entire backyard for privacy and a rock formation for additional sitting completes this relaxing backyard.

Motor home hook-up including an RV dump station. Plenty of outdoor parking for toys on side of the house and within a gated side yard.

Property is located a few miles from SARA Park with many wonderful hiking trails. New launch ramps will be within a few miles from the property also.

This property was excellent. The host has thought of everything. There were plenty of supplies there for a month, extra games and puzzles, and plenty of brochures on what to do in the area. The just responded quickly to all of our questions. We definitely want to return again!

Very nice house. Well equipped. We travel a lot and spend a lot of time in various rentals, this house actually felt like someones home, not just a rental property filled with flea market furniture and walmart appliances. If back in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

Just what our fam needed!
PERFECT place for a stay in Havasu. Everything was within 10 minutes of here, including great hikes, fishing docks, and great restaurants. The space is very clean, cool, and organized and Joan is proactive and helpful with her communication. Access is easy, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there’s tons of games and space for our kiddos to hang around. We also loved how generous Joan was leaving us toothpaste and popcorn (two things our family lives by!). Highly recommend!

Hi! My name is Joan Schmidt. I am married with four older children. I grew up in Southern California and am currently living in Corona, California. I am a substitute teacher and have been in the educational field for over fifteen years. My husband and I enjoy staying active and finding new places to visit and explore. We fell in love with Lake Havasu City and love all that this little city has to offer in outdoor activities.

Why they chose this property

Our rental home is so adorable and comfy. We love to visit it ourselves and never get tired of staying there. The mornings are so quiet and peaceful. The family rooms are spacious with the kitchen opening up to most of all the rooms. When we first bought this house it was in need of quite a few repairs. It needed a lot of TLC. My husband and I put a lot of work and time into this home to make sure all those that stay, feel just as comfortable as we do.

What makes this property unique

We are on a corner lot which is on a cul de sac. Since the house sits on a corner lot is has a large space to park additional cars, boats, toys etc.
