This beachy and modern 3 BR / 3 BA vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton, close to Downtown and only a short drive to Florida´s most beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.

Enjoy the outdoor living on the large pool deck or relax in the huge sparkling pool.

There are two master suites with king beds, the third bedroom has two twins and a crib. There is a big HDTV in the living room and two more TVs in the bedrooms. The home also has a bonus room with a desk so you can work remotely.

The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless side-by-side refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop / range and stainless microwave and granite counters.

Convenient to all beaches, attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums, recreational activities, airports, and easy access to I-75 and US41. Only 15 minutes to IMG Academy.

Free wireless high speed internet access!

Electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival.

Nope!!! Not doing it again!!!

We WILL NOT be coming back to stay with SunCoast Vacation Rentals again. Negatives first: 1) First night, we noticed the front door of our $600k house wouldn't really lock. We stuck a chair in front of the door for the night and used the "Ticket Response" contact info. We were told that the door locks automatically after a minute. The next day, after being at the beach all day, my daughter gently pushes the locked door open - we had to use a chair in front of the door the remaining 7 nights of our vacation. 2) The chairs at the dining room table ... I'll just say wobbly, and we never used the table after that first dinner. 3) The second night, at about 2am, our bed collapses from under us. We were on vacation from our high stress lives and didn't need that scare. Again, we used the "Ticket Response" to solve this issue - we waited around all day the next day (even had to get VRBO involved when we had no contact) to find out that housekeeping would be coming out (we missed out on 3 non-refundable dolphin cruise tickets - thanks). Housekeeping came out while we were at the aquarium and "fixed" the issue. Amazing how the bed collapsed again that very night. Yes, we called again - I was very ... irritated. The bed supports were not supporting ... they weren't even mounted, just placed underneath. We used pots and pans from the kitchen to support the bed - still have the pics!!! 4) The total lack of acceptable communication between host and tennant ... just annoying. And the fact

Cockroaches! Don’t Stay Here.

I put a lot of research into booking rentals and I have to say, I’m not that picky or high maintenance. I just wanted a place that had a crib for my 8 month old son, a pool and a king size bed. I ended up renting this place from Heidi at Suncoast Realty/Vacation Rentals and I have to say, I was really disappointed. My husband works in the construction industry and he said there were a number of things that worried him. The boards by the pool weren’t installed properly or have aged over time, so he was worried that a child may run a trip over those boards and hurt themselves. The major thing for us was there were cockroaches. My husband saw some occasionally and ignored them, but after we had been there for a few days he was noticing cockroaches the size of his index finger. My husband knows enough about infestations. You get more than 1 or 2, you have an infestation and they carry diseases. We didn’t want our infant around it. We visited friends in Tampa area and asked if that was normal and he said no, you have an infestation. He worked for an exterminator. The major problem I had with this company is, I reached out to them about this issue and they just sent out an exterminator while we were still at the house. They have to come in and spray chemicals and we were packing to leave to go to another rental. If we stayed my infant would be around those chemicals. All communication was done through email. They refused to reimburse us for the remainder of our stay and rude.

Amazing

The property is fantastic, clean, modern, light and airy, just a beautiful pool and landscaping, and great property which provided an amazing time for my family, and we felt so safe and it's close enough to everything you would want or need, everyone wants to come back as soon as possible. This was my second suncoast holiday and definitely not the last.

Worked great for our family of five

Location not prime for anything specific but was in a nice quiet residential neighborhood right off the main road and dead center for everything we had planned, airport, day trips to Fort Meyers Beach, Clearwater Beach, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Beach and a couple days in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Manatee Ave is always busy and has a lot to offer. Pool was nice to have although we only used it a couple times. Kitchen worked great for a few meals we had planned although the frying pan is junk. Water heater has trouble keeping up if all three showers going. Ceiling fan in one bedroom was noisy, fridge light was out and the ice maker trim was broken/loose but still worked properly, and landscaping vegetation was overgrown and coming up through the deck. Highly recommend if you're wanting more than just one beach and access to all the area has to offer!

Very nice stay

The home is recently renovated, very bright and styish. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a bay and short drive to downtown and many stores and restaurants. The only complaint pillows and mattresses need updating. Besides that we would gladly stay again

Nice house well located

We had some problems in the beginning with the house not being arranged for our arrival. But the agency was very responsive and reacted quickly to get things in order. The house is very nice and the location is very good - quiet, good neighborhood, close to the beaches as well as to shopping.

Ghosted by property manager

Rented the property July 5th. The property manager sent the contract which i signed. The property manager then sent me the signed contract. Both by email. No issues with receiving. Upon landing on Tuesday August 1st i contacted the manager thru the VRBO app. No response. I contacted VRBO. They attempted to contact the property manager. He couldn’t contact her. I was then put in a hotel and was contacted by another VRBO rep. She made several attempts to contact the manager. Finally VRBO put me in a new rental. Which i had to pay the same amount i paid for this rental. On Sunday August 6 the property manager finally contacted the VRBO rep and said they sent the instructions and it must have went to my spam folder. That is a lie. I delete my spam folder every few months. The contract went to my new email folder. There was no email. Instead of doing the right thing and refund my money i now have to dispute it with my credit card company. I don’t know who the owner is but this property manager should be fired.

The house was very nice and the location was good. The ceiling fan in one of the master bedrooms made a very loud clicking noise so bad we couldn’t use it at night. There was no trash bags in the house or no dishwasher products to use the dishwasher. This was very strange to us. I have rented many houses and I have never experienced this. There were little black mosquitoes in the house every where. I guess because of the river being right down the street. The pool was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful home with pool

My family and I enjoyed this home. It was clean, the beds were firm, but comfortable in all three bedrooms, and the backyard was a beautiful oasis. We enjoyed the pool, taking walks by the river down the street, and all the beaches were about a 15-20min drive from the house and were so beautiful. Definitely would rent this home again.

Cute house

Overall the house was super cute, very clean and in a nice area. The backyard/pool area was amazing, we loved playing in the pool and grilling. We very much appreciated having the crib there for our 10 month old, however I would caution people that the crib is not a full size crib, it’s a portable crib. We loved that the house was close to everything and we could walk to the water, and a 20 ish min drive to Anna Maria island/the beach. The only complaint we had was that the beds in the 2 master bedrooms were very very hard and we found them to be extremely uncomfortable, and the ceiling fans were a bit noisy at night. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Quiet

Pleasant stay, easy access, keypad entry. We could travel easily to AMI, etc. Wish there were better pillows and actual blanket instead of duvet quilt. Kitchen was supplied well, we did get satisfaction about no paper products or garbage bags from Suncoast. Beds were comfortable and pool area lovely.

La propiedad es exelente solo que hay una vecina muy problemática que a la 5 de la tarde ya le molestaba la música y no bastandole llamo a la policía 2 horas después pero ya lo que le molestaba eran las voces no la música apesar que cuando nos pidió el favor la bajamos a la música pero ni así estuvo satisfecha aunque en el contrato era hasta las 10 pm los ruidos en el área de la piscina pero por todo lo demás exelente

Wonderful stay!

We had an awesome time at this house with our two friends! It was very clean, comfortable, and the pool was amazing! We will definitely be visiting again. The only thing that would make this house perfect is having more kitchen utensils and cleaning products! Other than that, no issues at all! Would recommend to anybody.
