And what a great place to stay this is, not only for all the great things there are to do in the resort, but also because this completely renovated property gives family and friends somewhere modern and comfortable to stay with amazing views of the ocean and lake.

As soon as you enter, you’ll see how the complete modernization of the condo has created such a smart place to stay in Florida. All the decor has been chosen by a professional interior designer, and it really shows. Enjoy the open plan living space which features a couch you can really stretch out on and enjoy the 65-inch TV that’s hooked up to cable TV and an impressive sound system.

Equally impressive is the ocean view you’ll enjoy from the balcony which you can access from the living room, and from the master suite which features an ensuite and a super comfortable bed that’s sure to give you a great night’s sleep. Amazing unit, but those elevators though!

We absolutely loved the unit itself….spacious, very clean, very nice and comfortable furniture, and the kitchen had everything you’d ever need, much better equipped than most units we’ve stayed in. The instructions and communication with owner/property manager were fantastic. The only issues we had were with the condo complex…there were way too few elevators…not enough to begin with, but to make it worse, several weren’t operating. They were very dirty, hot and smelled bad…and we waited a long time EVERY time we went to our car or the beach. We’ve had limited elevator experience before in other condos, but this was by far the worst we’ve ever experienced. They also never had carts for unloading or loading your car. But the parking garage, and the lakeside aspect with food and the bar was unique and we liked those aspects of the property. In summary, the unit was maybe the best we’ve ever had in many years of trips to PCB, the condo/property had some unique and positive aspects, but the elevator situation was really so terrible, we’d be very hesitant to repeat. We feel bad for the owner, they’ve clearly gone to great lengths to provide an excellent place to stay, and probably pay a lot to the property, who has let them down by not providing reasonable infrastructure. I hope the elevators are improved and we can return.

My beach trip

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was full of amenities and decorated beautifully. It promoted a comfortable beach atmosphere. The couple of days that it rained we didn’t mind staying in because it was so comfortable here. Dino was great and kept us informed . We will definitely consider going back.

Very nice

We had no problems during our stay. The walk to the beach was easy even though we were across the street. The condo was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be a few bugs in the kitchen. We did not see them anywhere else in the condo. It was still one of the nicest places we've stayed in PCB. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay

Loved staying at this property. Unit is gorgeous has a fantastic view and is located near everything. Dino is great to deal with. Both bedrooms have King size beds which are extremely comfortable. The bunk beds are great for the kids. We really liked how the master bedroom was separate from the other bedroom and the bunk beds. We hope to stay again next year. If you want to use the putting green at the resort take a club and golf balls. My kids went to front desk and they don’t hand them out to guests. But there was so much to do in the area we never had time to use putting green.

Wow!

We visit PCB every September and this was our most amazing stay ever!! The condo and owner were totally amazing! All of the extras that Dino includes are a wonderful touch for guests (extra TP and paper towels, baggies & food storage items, laundry soap, trash bags, etc.). The condo is updated and beautifully decorated, and the bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. We’ve already started planning our next trip and will be staying in this unit again for sure! Thanks for making our trip seamless and exceptional!!

Wonderful Experience

The apartment was very clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. The beach access is right across the street and the beach is awesome. Our family also loved the fact that we were so close to great shopping and restaurants. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions. We had a great Memorial Day weekend at the beach! I will definitely stay there again and would recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you!
