Welcome to our Lake View Cabin!
Overseeing the beautiful Marsh Lake this super cozy cabin could be your home base for hiking, biking, horse back riding, paddling or fishing trips that start right outside your door step. Or a vacation home for the whole family.

The space

Our cabin can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is one queen size bed in the loft, one double nook loft bed on the main floor for either a strong person or two skinny people and a two person hide bed in the living room if needed. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, a big and comfy dining space in the front and a living room with a cozy propane fireplace in the back. There is also a washroom with toilet and a shower. No Internet.

Location:
The Lake View Cabin is located 40 minutes out of Whitehorse.

Guest access

You will have access to the outside fire pit, BBQ, and other stuff...

Interaction with guests

Interaction with our guests as needed, but our house is open most of the time and we will always try to do our best at being helpful.

Other things to note

You can rent canoes, bikes, Satellite phones, camping and fishing gear and other equipment upon request, but we are also able to help you getting other arrangements.

Great spot and beautiful cabin

Nice spot over the lake in a beautiful little cabin. The cabin was fully outfitting with everything that is needed. I will return.

Loved the view

Location was wonderful and the stay here would be fantastic for a family. For seniors the stairs to the both bedrooms were very steep. We did enjoy though.

Very nice getaway cabin

Nice little cabin, with a stunning view of Marsh Lake !! Lake access is not easy walking, though. Canoe and fishing gears rentals are no longer available, but otherwise a very quiet place, charming log cabin, with everything you need for a oeaceful weekend on the lake !

Cozy Cabin with Excellent Views

The cabin is cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you should need. The views from the porch and kitchen table were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue and Hendrik was quick to respond which we greatly appreciated. The only negative was the steepness of the stairs leading to the loft which could be an issue for some people. Overall, it was perfect for us and we look forward to returning.

Amazing place to stay while visiting Whitehorse and beyond!

Unbelievably cozy and comfortable with so many unique and thoughtful details...just beautiful and spotlessly clean. The upper loft was like a little nest in the trees and the equally comfortable bed on the bottom floor ( with a gas fireplace no less!) was perfect for my 92 year old Dad who didn't want to do stairs. Shower, wraparound deck, full kitchen and dining room with a view of the lake and mountains...well I could run out of adjectives trying to describe it all. We could not possibly have found a better place for our fist week in the Yukon! So grateful for it all..

A beautiful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lakeview cabin. It is small, but has everything that you need. We were happy to find some of the changes from the pictures in the post, especially the lovely couch/king sized bed in the living area and the gas fireplace that was super easy to use. We also loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the automatic fan. My teen daughter loved sleeping in the loft, but it was a bit of a challenge to get into and out of. Definitely a good space for an older child. The very cute red fridge and dishwasher were also great additions. The view was probably the best part of the cabin, and we loved sitting at the table playing games and enjoying the scenery. Our hosts were responsive and helpful.

Marsh Lake

The owners of the property were spectacular. Cabin was well kept and maintained and the view of Marsh Lake itself is one of the best you'll ever see

Great getaway

The cabin was cozy and so clean and beautiful views! I would just suggest getting a new futon in the living room, it was a little hard. But otherwise the hosts were very friendly and helpful! I would stay here again!

Incredible stay!

Cozy, clean, well-kept cabin with everything you need in the beautiful peaceful country of magnificent Marsh lake. The owner Hendrik is super nice, welcoming, and great to talk to. The views of the lake and mountains from the windows and porch are incredible. If one loves it quiet and peaceful - this is the place to go! Serenity!

A Million dollar view

Superb cabin ! Toilet cabin , shower and dishwasher in the cabin. Very cozy and everything you need. Great BBQ and wood fire outside. Great patio furniture to rest and admire the view. We love to comeback and hangout outside or dinning table. We were 4 adults and everybody slept comfortably. Well located to visit. We would like to come back for longer.

Perfect Peaceful Place

The Marsh Lake cabin is fantastic! It was even better in person than in the photos. Although it was very cold outside the cabin remained warm and cozy. The space had everything you needed in a perfect location. The views outside the cabin are absolutely stunning with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Hendrik and Nicole are great hosts and happy to help with whatever you need!

Lovely little cabin close to ski trails with lake view. Suited our family of 5 well with nifty loft sleep spaces and an easy acces futon on main level. Super comfortable end easy stay. Would definitely come again.
