The highlight of this home is the views of Mount Royal from the upstairs balcony and the secluded private hot tub on the lower patio. This is a beautiful home in the heart of a quiet Frisco neighborhood. Mountain style and comfort is the focus of the interior décor, designed to set the perfect setting for your mountain adventures. The layout is perfect for families, with lots of space around the dining table, as well as social areas both upstairs and downstairs, and privacy in the hot tub.

The home is less than 15 minutes from Copper Mountain, 30 minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail, and an hour and fifteen minutes from Denver. Countless hikes originate from Frisco, with many trails getting their start less than a 15-minute walk from your front door. A beautiful and serene bike path encircles Lake Dillon, and the ambitious cyclists among us will enjoy the challenging climbs in the area, up Vail pass for example.

Lovely Townhome with Great View of Mt. Royal
This was our 2nd year at the Larson Lane house. We enjoyed our view of Mt. Royal and the surrounding mountains, especially from the porch. The house was clean and neat upon our arrival. The management responded quickly to making any repairs or answering any questions. There are sufficient fans for the heat of the day when needed. As last year, it was great to walk into Frisco for lunch or dinner from the house and it is convenient to all the area resorts and towns. The garage is tight for our SUV but would be ok for a sedan vehicle or a small SUV. Given there are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor, it was fine with our family not having ensuite bathrooms. The hot tub is a great feature for tired muscles after a long hike or bike ride.

Nice property off the beaten path
Property was nice overall, but hot tub didn't work which was most of the reason we chose this property. Hopefully they get it fixed for the next group.

Month in Frisco, CO Townhouse with Mountain Views
The 3 bedroom, 3 bath house was in an excellent location for walking into Frisco's downtown. From the living room area and the large balcony one had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from early morning until late evening. The location was quiet and one could walk or bike from the house to local pathways and trails; Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, and Breckenridge were short drives away. The description of the house was accurate and the kitchen was equipped with what most cooks would want or need, including a number of spices. The owners and managers were prompt in replying to any questions we had and a tear in the living room screen which we noticed upon arrival was repaired very quickly. The ceiling fans and other fans were greatly appreciated as there were evenings when the fans were needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay With Frinds
Place was very central to several ski resorts. Grocery store & Walmart 2 min. Away. View from the living room was incredible! We all felt very warm & cozy. My only concerns would be the cleanliness of the hot tub. It was a bit green. And it would have been nice to know that the three bathrooms were not attached to each bedroom. But other than that, it was great!

Mixed Feelings
Pros: Easy self “check-in” access, good location between grocery stores and Main St., terrific view of Mt Royal and beyond, spacious deck to enjoy said view, well-stocked kitchen, enough towel bars in master bath (which we find unusual in rentals), comfortable beds and very good jetted hot tub. Cons: unresolved maintenance issues (reported to property manager) such as a substantial tear in a screen door, a defective light switch and a non-functional electrical outlet (out of a total of 2 in a bathroom), a blind held together by binder clips. The property manager was not responsive. We reported number of issues on a Thursday morning. Manager didn’t respond until after 9 PM that night saying he would have someone come ASAP to address the minor plumbing problems, which I requested be repaired immediately. No one appeared before our departure the following Monday. There was no apology for the unresolved plumbing issues, some dirty windows or incorrect info in the check-in email (including specification of the wrong network and password = frustrating!) the loose banister or the fact that the garage was too full of stuff for a car to be parked in it. Garage parking was specified on-line and in email from property manager . Other: Note that the unit is spread over 3 floors and none of the 3 bathrooms are en suite. Similar to what another reviewer wrote, the décor can be described as “more is better”, which means too much clutter to those who prefer a more minimalist style.

Excellent location and accommodations
Had a great stay in Frisco, CO and the Townhome was awesome. Decorated nicely, clean, and was located near all the locations we wanted to visit. Played golf at Copper Mountain, shopped in Frisco, and enjoyed great food in Breckenridge. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Excellent location for Summit Ski-Resorts
We stayed here 2 years ago with friends and family. It is an excellent location to reach all the major Summit resorts plus close to major amenities. Located in residential area, very quiet and easy access (walk 10 mins) to Frisco Main Street. Good space 6 plus the basement/bunkbeds which is really for the kids. Good to have hot-tub available and several car parking spaces. 2 years ago, Josh (the host) gave first class support and surpassed that this year helping us with some postal delivery problems. Perhaps another positive thing to say is we will be back again in a few weeks to finish off our ski-adventure 2022 and hopefully will also be back in future years.

Comfortable
My family and I enjoyed the home, location and scenery . It’s a comfortable home for two families and no more than 8 people. We hope to be back again next year. Happy 2021

Great for skiing the summit
We booked the property for a month as part of my retirement present to myself. It followed a few weeks in Steamboat and Jackson Hole. The location was perfect for what we wanted which was for friends and family to be able to visit,; quiet yet easy access to Vail, Breckenridge, Copper etc. There is parking for three cars. The main bedroom is very good. The two on the entrance floor share a bathroom but no problems. The basement/den is good for TV but has bunk-beds and no door from the stairs so no real privacy. This would be ok for kids but not so good for adults which we had for 4 or 5 days. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the facilities we needed. The laundry room was also very good. The hot tub was great. There were a few niggles about the fittings, light bulbs etc but Josh came around quickly and got them sorted for us.

Perfect mountain vacation!
We had a wonderful time at this mountain home. It is beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous neighborhood for long walks, walking distance to Main Street, amazing and private hot tub, super clean, totally stocked with the basics and more. We were able to text any needs/questions to the host/management and got immediate helpful responses. I would 100% reserve this home again for our next weekend family trip. We are still high from the memories we created last weekend.

Condo
The condo was clean and worked out perfectly for our group. It was well stocked and we really enjoyed its location to the ski resort. Other than having some minor issues with the door access code, and getting in touch with the property manager, the whole weekend was a hit! The property manager did however get back to me and get me an access code to retrieve something that was forgotten after our check out time.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. Home is clean, well equipped, has a great layout, great view, and a great location. We definitely would like to stay again. Some feedback for improvement: - Really need screens on the windows. Too hot to not have windows open, but bugs come in because no screens on most windows. - I hope not offensive, but we felt it was a little "over-decorated and "over-furnished". Each of the pieces on the shelves, walls, etc were really beautiful, but there is simply too many to take in. We found it overwhelming. We also recognize style preferences vary. I think removing a piece of furniture or two could really help too, particularly on the main level with the kitchen. Not sure which to remove, but removing a chair/love seat could go along way. Maybe remove the horn chair, which is cool, but not very comfortable/functional, and slide one of the love seats over. - The beds were too soft for our taste. I'd suggest getting a casper or something similar that has wide appeal/comfort. Also, providing a baby gate given all the stairs would be appreciated and make it more kiddo friendly. Hope feedback well received. Just figured I would want to know these things if I was the owner. -

Disappointed.
This was our first Vrbo. We have considerable experience with other competitors. The condo needs a thorough cleaning. The checkin instructions sent were wrong. There were no instructions for operating multiple remotes, hot tub, showers, grill, outdoor heater on deck, etc. Nothing was labeled and it was not clear what is the owner’s property v amenities. Bring your bug spray if you want to access door wall - screen is torn. It’s difficult to enter deck because there’s a love seat in front of the door. Safe? It felt like the owners had walked out 5 minutes before we arrived. Even their bathrobes were still on the hooks. Ladder loft was not safe for our 2 grandkids. We did not understand what it is beforehand. Perhaps clean the mattress and bedding if you can’t close it off? The good news - Josh and Vina quickly resolved some immediate issues ( locks and showers) and the space is cleaner than it was when we entered. We would appreciate a refund for the cleaning fee. The place was very dirty. Btw - the bunk beds are in a den full of furniture. The owners must be furniture sales people. I would suggest they remove some of the items so guests have a place to put their things. It was like living in Pier One.
