1,350 Sq. Ft. Condo with three bedrooms and two clean bathrooms, Full size laundry, fully stocked kitchen (No Food or Drinks stocked), Smart TV in each bedroom and Living room. Pool and hot tub outside 100 ft. away. We're only eight minutes from the beach and close to town. 1,000 Restaurants abound and close to our favorite golf course, and all others are close by. We love the convenience to everywhere. Great shows are close by.

Great place

This condo is a great place to stay. It is a close drive to the beach, shopping, food, and any of the other attractions. The owner Myron is very responsive (within an hour). The condo was is golf / beach themed and has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

My 61st Birthday 🎂🎂 Celebration

The was super clean outstanding job. The Area was nice, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of parking space and barbecue cooking area with grills.

Annual Golf Trip

We have stayed in this same condo for the last 3 years. It is convenient and comfortable. We are already looking forward to coming back next year. However, we had problems with the living room TV and the shower door. We weren’t able to use the TV because it wasn’t a smart TV or it didn’t have a Roku or Apple TV setup. The shower door was broken when we showed up. Also, we could not find the pool code.

Perfect getaway for family

The unit was a lot bigger than expected and it was perfect for our needs. The pool right outside the unit was also a nice feature but we didn’t use the hot tub…it was way too hot out for that. The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils, plates, bowls, pots & pans and a crock pot too. Bring condiments. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again!

Rainy weekend, cozy condo!

Loved the location, close to restaurants, grocery stores & the beach but not so close that noise was an issue. 2nd floor condo but the stairs with a small landing helps for hauling up luggage. Beautiful condo, very cozy, great beds & comfy couch & chairs. Close to the pool & hot tub. Would have liked a few other cleaning supplies than what was provided bc I love to clean the counters before bed, but other than that, a wonderful stay! Very nice and would come again!

A Perfect Vacation Location

This was the perfect vacation location for our small family to getaway. Plenty of room for both adults and teens. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation and dining in. Both the living room and dining area had enough space for game night and mealtimes. And the screened in balcony off the living room and master bedroom provided a great quiet space for my introverts in the group. The balcony's two chairs and small table made watching nature or enjoying the sounds of nature while reading/meditating a bonus event. The pool was nice but we really enjoyed the hottub. It was a great way to end each day before calling it the night. The location of this property is pretty good. We were close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and anything else we may need. Of course, the beach is the main attraction and our reason for the trip. So if you decide to visit, the larger beach is about 30 mins away, but Myrtle Beach park is less than 10 mins away. We found that the Myrtle Beach Park option, though a bit pricey, was the ideal location for us. Unlike the bigger beach, you spend less time hunting for a parking space and restrooms. Also because it is a park there are plenty of nature things to enjoy there. We hung out on the beach then spent time on the pier. Who knew our teens would find awe with the number of cannon jellyfish, baby sharks and sea life activity. All viewed while standing on the pier. Yes, this was a perfect vacation location.

Weekend Getaway

Property was nice, apartment as well.. Wish the pool opened earlier & closed later.. Would of been nice knowing that the golf course facing my balcony was, no longer a golf course! 😁 Other than that, my buddies & I had a great time.

Great location with lots of room!

Very nice place, bigger than I expected. Very comfortable furniture. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room to eat and watch movies. Great location for downtown, beach, or boardwalk. The pool and hot tub are a great plus, and very close to the unit. We would definitely go back.

Very spacious apartment. Short drive to the beach and amenities

What we liked: the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The building is across the pool ( we never used it), and it’s open until 10pm. The building in in a golf course, so there are nice views. Parking was never an issue, and everything in the place worked for the most part. What could be improved: communication with the owner. I sent a couple of messages prior to my stay, and didn’t get a reply. Also during there was no message at all. Check in was scheduled at 4, but when we got there after driving 9 hours, the place wasn’t ready (6ish) the cleaning crew was super nice and informed us the needed at least another hour, but got it done before. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would definitely recommend the place for your family vacation ☺️
