A perfect relaxing stay
The cottage was everything it was described and so much more. Our host Iris greeted us and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy the property. A treat basket was left for us which was a thoughtful touch, and one we enjoyed! Most of our 4 days were spent down at the riverside where we watched an eagle family, saw deer walk by, heard many birds each morning. Sunrise and sunset times were the busiest for the wildlife, and in between we visited the town for breakfast and dinner. If you are looking for comfort and R&R, this is the place!

Anniversary made special....
What a treasure we found at Mission Possible! The studio is elegant yet cozy and the view is exquisite! We got a chance to be alone together soaking up the fresh air and the nature around us. It was a perfect opportunity to "be still" and regroup from our hectic normal lives. The owners are so thoughtful, providing special snacks and paying attention to the smallest details. We will definitely be back!

Mission Possible
My husband & I had a wonderful stay at this property. We found everything immaculate. We really enjoyed just sitting outside with a glass of wine/beverage and watching the nature around us: eagles, deers, squirrels, one hummingbird, and an assortment of other birds. There is plenty of seating outside to gain a view of the Delaware River, and we enjoyed watching the rafters and tubers floating past. We didn't fish, but we saw people in a canoe fly fishing. I enjoyed watching the eagles fish in the river, that is their home. One night of our stay entailed a trip to Bethel/Woodstock to see the Country superstar Chris Stapleton and Country/Bluegrass singer Marty Stuart, it was definitely a treat, and it was a comfort to be able to go back to Mission Possible to lay our heads. It is said, "A picture can say a 1000 words", but I'm not sure if the pictures do the property justice. I bet it is beautiful in the Fall. Thank-you again Iris and Mary

Exceptional in every way!
Do not miss staying at Mission: Possible! It is perfect in every way. From the incredible river views in every room (including the bathroom), to the exquisite design and upscale decor and welcoming hosts to the beautiful, peaceful location. Too many special touches to mention, but the owners, Iris and Mary have thought of them all. I can tell you that the pictures do not do it justice. It is beyond beautiful. Bigger than it looks. Possibly the cleanest house I have ever seen. You will find total comfort inside and out. We will definitely make it our go to place when we need add nature back into our lives. And, yes, you will see Bald Eagles, deer, geese, owls, chipmunks, fish and frogs. Enjoy the sound of the river from the house or sit your chairs right at the river's edge. The possibilities are endless. Main street is full of great restaurants and delightful shops. But the main course is the Cottage. Book your trip now!

Retirement and Anniversary Celebration
Outstanding beautiful nature location. Wonderful comfortable cottage including treats with a wonderful view. We spent a lot of time on the porch next to the cottage enjoying the view. We discovered it was difficult to walk the slanted walkway to go to the river. We are in our 60's-70's, both with replacement parts in our legs. I would have been able to use the owner's nearby stairs. Perhaps I would ask permission to do so if I have a similar situation in the future. We were welcomed with kindness when we first arrived. We heard construction on the property for 2 of our 3 full days. When we were asked if it was bothering us on the second day I said "I was very disappointed " but it did not stop. I have learned and I suggest to anyone thinking of renting the cottage to ask if any construction will be going on during your stay.

Beautiful, serene, complete
The property was immaculate and well-appointed. The host was there to greet us and tell us about the place, which is steps from the beautiful, flowing Delaware River. The view could not be beat. One day we saw a young eagle (there are many on the river) perched on a tree limb, pecking at a fish s/he has just caught. If you're in the area to be near the delightful little town of Narrowsburg, the property is within walking distance (15-20 minutes). We're already thinking of booking again.

A true gem in every way
If comfort and serenity are what you are looking for, you will be absolutely charmed by Mission: Possible. Iris could not have been more gracious and charming upon arrival, and it is very evident that she and Mary have put a great deal care and thoughtfulness into creating a lovely place for their guests. The cottage itself is cheerful and full of light, the amenities are very comfortable, and the setting is simply beautiful. There are little touches (coffees and teas, snacks) that made the stay even more special. Hearing birdsong and the light running of the river were exactly what was needed for a lovely and rejuvenating weekend! I look forward to returning in warmer weather when all of the outside amenities (the private patio, river activities) can be enjoyed. Thank you, Iris and Mary!

It’s everything you want
This sweet little place is perfect for 2 adults to hide away. It’s a peaceful place that has all the simple things you need. Iris is a sweet host who will remind you of every softened New Yorker you ever met. She’s funny and clearly loves and cares for this property. It’s within walking distance of a cute (but really busy) lunch and dinner place. Easy drive to the quiet little stores in Narrowsburg. We enjoyed a trip down the Deleware in a raft and driving to some close small towns as well as waking up and spending an hour watching the river flow and wildlife from the porch while drinking coffee.

Recovery in Stillness
What a beautiful location and stay! The hostesses were friendly and respectful of our privacy. They thought of everything and the condition of the room was perfect. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were soft. The room was just perfect and the view was beyond our expectations. It was so quiet and the stillness was exactly what we needed to regroup. We saw deer, water fowl, an owl, several bald eagles, and some red headed woodpeckers! The town was darling, too. A vegan taco street food stand, a coffee shop fit for 2 Queens, and a cafe with amazing breakfasts! We will be back.

Mission:Possible
Our stay at this lovely little cottage was just what we needed. Spotless, well-appointed and very private, on the Delaware River. We caught the snowstorm, and it was like living in a snow globe. Beautiful views of the Delaware, a wake-up call from the local woodpecker in the morning, afternoon tea watching the snow fall silently. Perfect! Although there was no stove, we arranged meals well with creative microwave cooking, but keep that in mind. All in all, our hosts Iris and Mary provided us with genuine hospitality in a spotless environment and a lovely location. Our "Mission" was made possible thanks to them! Thank you!

Beautiful!
We've been renting cottages and houses along the Delaware River for over ten years now and Mission:Possible is the perfect place for two. My wife and I were looking for a place to get away and relax for a few days and fell in love with this beautiful place, a small and cozy, very well-kept and exceptionally clean studio with kitchenette and a really nice bathroom. Most of all, we enjoyed waking up in the mornings with an amazing view of the fog rising from the river and then basking in the sunshine while enjoying the natural beauty of the property throughout the day. There are good restaurants (with take-out options) all within walking distance. Iris and Mary are wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly.

The beat of the best
My wife and I stayed in This beautiful home for a weekend and can’t even find the right words to describe how amazing the property is. Beautiful in any way you can imagine. Home is like brand new, though we ere the first ones staying there. Everything is sparkling clean and comfortable. Outdoors just adorable, the backyard right on Delaware River with some magnificent views. Iris was one if a kind host - made everything possible for us to feel ourselves at home. We also fell in love with Narrowsburg, beautiful small town with some top quality restaurants around. Long story short- will visit again and will recommend to our friends.
