This 3 bedroom, 2 bath (plus additional bunk room) beach house easily accommodates vacation seekers of all kinds. There's even a large oceanfront deck to allow for even more oceanside lounging and relaxation. You will never be more than a few steps away from the sea as the property has private beach access and boasts an exterior hot/cold shower to clean off from a day in the surf sand.

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.5 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Dog Friendly - $200 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog - max number allowed is 3 small dogs under 25 lbs each OR 2 large dogs. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
Smoke Free - Smoking is not permitted by anyone on the premises
Rents WEEKLY ONLY - Saturday turn day ONLY.
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for an addtional fee.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations. Linens for non-standard beds (sleeper sofas, futons, roll-a-way beds etc.) are not included. Guests may bring their own linens for shorter stays and/or non-standard beds or rent them from Ward Realty.
