City Farm Cottage

This very cute, NON-SMOKING, 780 sq ft cottage is very spacious! The bedroom can accommodate 3 adults comfortably. There are two couches (NOT pull-outs), as well as a pack n play. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi, streaming tv and full kitchen. Make your stay extra convenient by taking advantage of our property manager who doubles as a personal chef. Inquire about our pre-made meals for extra convenience!

Great spot for young family

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage and the family was very nice. Our son enjoyed the chickens and tortoises every morning and hanging with the kids in the evening. Tajsha was a great host and had several suggestions to get that local experience. All in all we would stay here again if back in the area.

Great location!

This was the perfect location to get to spring training games, ASU, and various hikes. Home was clean and offered everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Perfection

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, dishes and even some snacks and beverages ready for us upon arrival. The home was extremely clean!! We saved all our veggie and fruit scraps and had so much fun feeding the chickens and tortoises. Asparagus was a fan favorite!! Super accommodating and comfortable for a family. Extra bedding and linen, pillows, and a fully stocked washer/dryer was provided. The host was super accommodating and such a delight to share time with. She checked on us regularly via text to make sure we had everything we needed, even suggested a fun farmer’s market to attend. We will absolutely book again.

Perfect experience

The property was in the perfect location and perfect size for our family. My kids enjoyed the chickens and the tortoises. Check-in and out were a breeze and they were flexible with our after-midnight arrival. Thank you for a great experience.

Cute little place

Property has a very cozy feel. Place was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I, as our daughter doesn't like to sleep alone. Location seemed to be centrally located for our Spring Training and going to the different stadiums.

Perfect all around rental

Great stay

My husband stayed here and he said it was great. The place was clean and so convenient to stores, GCU, and easy access to The freeways. He felt at home too with chickens around just like being at home. We will definitely stay here again if available next year. Thank you.

Lovely stay in a clean apartment with lots of shade outside.

The family who owns the property and the manager were very friendly. Loved the chickens and two tortoise. Would love to stay again!

Glendale comfort

A very nice and spacious detached bungalow, it was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and pillows plentiful. The chickens were friendly and quiet. Located on a busy street, the sound didn’t reach the bungalow. I forgot and left some shoes behind and I was able to quickly go by and pick them up on the way to airport. A very nice stay

Location location location. Centrally located in Phoenix, and in a great neighborhood (Uptown). The cottage itself has everything you need - just like at home, really. Couch is comfortable, bed is comfortable (memory foam). Everyday you can sit outside and enjoy breakfast/lunch/drinks, while being entertained by the chickens, and the tortoise. It is nice to walk around the neighborhood, And the gym (LA Fitness) is 2 blocks away. What makes this property great is all that. But what makes it exceptional is the host family!

Our stay was just perfect!

This VRBO was the perfect location for us to get my daughter moved into her dorm at GCU. It was clean and decorated so cute. They honored our no contact request because we were nervous about the high Covid rates in Phoenix and we really appreciated that. It was easy to find, good access AND it felt safe for my daughter and I. We will definitely come again! Thank you!!!-Plus the chickens were adorable!

Perfect stay

Perfect for Spring Training

Everything was so great while we stayed here! It was perfectly located for everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and taken care of during our whole stay. The owners were incredibly nice and lovely. Hopefully we can stay here every year for baseball spring training!
