The house is located at 450 meters above sea level and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding villages, the coast and the sea. The only sandy beach on the island is in Calheta and can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as well as a large supermarket, numerous restaurants and nice cafes, which are located directly at the marina.
Your apartment on the 1st You can reach the floor via a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped and has a TV (with all German programs) and a washing machine.
The charming landscape invites you to hikes along the levadas, which you can start directly from the house.

Super appartement. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires que ça soit dans la cuisine, en linge de toilettes ou encore pour faire ses lessives. La vue sur les montagnes et la mer est splendide. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais celle ci doit être agréable l’été. Veillez à bien avoir une voiture pour accéder au logement. C’est à 5 minutes en voiture du village. Bon échange avec les propriétaires.

Die FeWo macht äußerlich einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck. Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Blick vom Balkon in Richtung Madalena do Mar ist einzigartig.Die Wohnung selbst ist in die Jahren gekommen. Sie ist zwar umfangreich ausgestattet, aber nicht hochwertig.Das Bett hat hinreichende Matratzen, jedoch keine Schoner. Die Bettwäsche selber ist eher minderwertig. Da mussten wir uns mit Handtücher behelfen. Die Kopfkissenkerne weisen ebenfalls Spuren auf, die unhygienisch erscheinen.Der Rost an der Waschmaschine ist anhand von Bewertungen hinlänglich bekannt, wurde jedoch nicht behoben. Rostbrühe läuft aus der Maschine und gefährdet die Wäsche beim ein- und ausladen.Der Wäscheständer ist ebenfalls sehr rostig.Das Schwimmbad ist eigentlich sehr schon. Es wird jedoch keine eigenständig arbeitende Sauganlage eingesetzt. Auf den Rand ist nicht gut sitzen, da doch sehr verdreckt. Leider ist auf die Abdeckung des Raumes beschädigt. Nachts läuft ein Wasserstrahl des Nachbarhauses auf die Satellitenschüssel und verursacht deutlich hörbares Geräusch.Ich denke, nicht wenigen Verbesserungen verdient die Wohnung eine bessere Bewertung.Ich Summe waren wir dann doch sehr zufrieden, das liegt auch an Madeira selbst.Vielen Dank für diese Möglichkeit

We had a wonderful 11 days stay in Madeira. The apartment was fabulous, with everything we needed for our stay. The location is stunning with amazing views. Sehr schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Lage mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und Ruhe. Es ging immer ein schöner Wind. Die Wohnung und das Grundstück waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Und als z.B. der Pool etwas dreckig geworden war, hat sich der Hausverwalter direkt drum gekümmert. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und waren rundum zufrieden. Gastgeber und Hausverwalter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet und man hat von so weit oben einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :)

Super Aufenthalt !
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich und die Insel sowieso. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, ist dass das WLAN im Schlaf-bzw Badezimmer keinen Empfang hat. Sonst war alles super. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Rundherum prima. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf Küste und Meer von einer Höhe von ~ 400 m. Wohnung für 2 Personen großzügig und gut ausgestattet. 1. Etage Einliegerwohnung. Balkon mit freier Sicht auf die Landschaft gen Südosten. Sehr gute Ausstattung (Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine). Pool ~ 7 x 4 m, geschlossen (überdacht mit Seitenverglasung), etwas älter. Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Abnahme. Liegt etwas abseits an kleinen verwinkelten Straßen. Google Maps tat sich mit dem Finden schwer, Beschreibung der Vermieter sinnvoll und ausreichend. Mietwagen zur Erreichbarkeit und für Unternehmungen sinnvoll.

Pluspunten: - Geweldig uitzicht over de zee met ruim balkon en mooie tuin. - Appartement was goed uitgerust en ruim. - Twee aparte bedden met goed matras. - Heerlijk fruit bij aankomst. - Alles was schoon en er waren genoeg handdoeken en theedoeken. - Communicatie was uitstekend en Monika reageerde snel. Onze vlucht was vertraagd waardoor we middernacht aankwamen maar dat was geen enkel probleem. - Genoeg parkeerruimte. Minpunten: - Douche was 's avonds soms lauw ipv warm. Waarschijnlijk door de zonneboiler. - Koekenpannen bakten bij ons aan. Maar misschien lag dit aan onze kookkunsten. We daarom vooral de oven veel gebruikt.

Great base camp from which to explore Madeira
Really superb property with stunning sea cliff views. Apartment was very private, quiet and spotlessly clean. Really well appointed with everything we needed including a complimentary bottle of Maderian Wine which was soon consumed. Swimming pool was really nice to cool down in. Although it was a bit of a drive to get up to the property it was very pleasant and made for the great views. Steep section of straight road on the approach to the property but only 150 metres so not difficult. Lovely gardens which were really well maintained. Good supermarket in Calheta 10 mins away with free parking. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of Funchal and great location to tour the whole island from. Thoroughly recommended and great value for money. Thank you.

Unsere Ferienwohnung in Madeira
Es gab kaum was zu bemängeln. Die harten unbequemen defekten Liegen wurden erst zwei Tage vor unserer Abreise erneuert. Da dann das Wetter nicht so gut war, konnten wir die schönen bequemen Liegen nicht mehr nutzen. Auch das Sofa , Sessel sind nichts für ältere Menschen. Das Bett ist auch sehr unbequem, wegen der dünnen Matratzen. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind rechts und links aufgerissenen. Müssten dringend erneuert werden. Ich musste das mal bemängeln, da ja doch viele Gäste schon jenseits von fünfzig sind. Sonst was alles top. Toni ist ein sehr netter Mensch.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach exakt den beschriebenen Gegebenheiten. Alles war sauber und wohnlich ansprechend. Die Lage, mit dem Balkonausblick auf den Atlantik, ist besonders schön. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert, schnell und direkt. Gleiches gilt für die Hausverwaltung vor Ort. Die exponierte Lage der Wohnung macht die Verfügbarkeit eines PKW unverzichtbar, ist gleichwohl unproblematisch. Wir können die Nutzung der Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Toller Aufenthalt!
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Ausblick und die super ruhige Lage waren unser Highlight. Was die Ausstattung angeht, war alles da was man braucht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus lief problemlos, nur die letzte Straße zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber trotzdem gut machbar. Alles in allem waren es dort wirklich tolle Tage!
